Guests really enjoy the covered parking and remodeled indoor hot tub area of the complex. This condo features brand new granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms, gas fireplace, flat screen television and cozy decor with a thoughtful floor plan. The vaulted interior and town views add to the appeal. This building provides shared gas grills as well as complimentary Wi-Fi. For your convenience, all of our Sawmill Creek condos include access to our on-site operations office for maintenance questions/needs, supplies such as towels, or any other needs during your stay.

Perfect location.

These condos couldn’t be in a better location. You can ski/ride right to the parking lot and the bus stop for a free ride to the mountain is right there too. The free gondola is only a 5 minute walk also. The ski convenience combined with the ability to walk across the street to Main St. to all of the restaurants/bars/shops make this, in my opinion the best place to stay in Breck.

Loved our trip to Breck!

Our group of 8 had enough space to spread out in this condo. The skiiers loved the ski in access. The non skiiers enjoyed the downtown Breck, just a short walk from the condo. We would love to travel here again.

Good Condo for a Ski Trip

Overall great place to stay for a ski trip. I would return!

Pros

-this is a SKI IN unit from breck. literally the 4 Oclock run ends at the Condo. It is a 6 min hike to the snowflake lift or gondola. or there is a bus stop outside.

-great fireplace, and open plan concept. on the first floor the kitchen opens to the dining room to the living room.

-furniture is comfortable, and tastefully decorated

-ski closet was convenient, as well as long tiled entry way

-3 min walk to breck village, once your drive to the condo, you do not need to use your car!

Cons

-Unit is dated. could use new carpeting, counters, appliances

-we had some inconsistencies on heating, separate thermostats everywhere, and some floor heating units that worked and some that were turned off due to fire hazards. we were never cold, but felt like it was super hot or a bit chilly

-because it was a holiday weekend, we only got one parking pass. there is no free overnight parking nearby

Nice Place close to town

Nice place on top floor of condo. Washer/Dryer was nice in unit. The unit is close to street but noise wasn't bad. The location was great just being 1 block off main street in the center of the city. Overall the unit is a bit older and could use an update but for a week of vacation it was fine.
