Ideally located on Eden Island in one of the quieter most mature areas, this luxury apartment offers fine views across the marina bay towards St. Anne Island. A large open plan kitchen and living area opens out onto a spacious balcony more than adequately furnished for al fresco dining. The master bedroom features a king size bed, private bath and en suite shower with french doors leading out to the main balcony. The second bedroom features twin beds, shower, WC, and private veranda. Air conditioned throughout, the apartment is a stone's throw away from the nearest pool and a short walk or buggy ride away to the best beaches and the rest of the island amenities.
The apartment is located in the most mature, quieter part of Eden Island but less than a five minute buggy ride from all the restaurants, a two minute walk to the pool, and only a 3 minute buggy ride to any of the 3 best beaches.
We have full very efficient air conditioning in all rooms and also 2 large outside balcony fans for your comfort.
Our apartment golf buggy is also available exclusively for your use for easy access to anywhere on Eden Island.
Please note that our rental (unlike some) is fully licensed and coordinated through the official Eden Island Rental scheme ensuring the highest standards and support services throughout your stay with us.
You would be met on arrival given your electric buggy and then escorted to the apartment.
Our on-site managers can also organise airport transfers, car hire, Island Hoping, boat trips, snorkeling, diving, fishing etc and we are happy to answer any other questions you may have as we offer a very personnel service.
The apartment serves as a superb base for exploring the Seychelles islands. Sailing, scuba diving, and deep sea fishing can all be enjoyed from Eden Island. Victoria, Mahe's capital, with its range of restaurants and bars is only a 10 minute drive away.

Quiet and perfect location with good beaches
High standard as promised and nice surroundings. Several beaches and pool close to apartment, good restaurants on Eden Island. Nice place to stay if you want to travel around Mahe or other Island. High security and good service provided by Eden Island employees.
We had a pleasant stay and can surely recommend this apartment for both couples and families.

Lovely apartment in a great location
Had a great week here, Eden staff are lovely and very helpful, the location is amazing with private beaches and nice pools, shade when you need it and marine life for you to see too. The apartment and buggy were lovely and it was a really enjoyable stay
Very comfortable stay!
We loved the comforts provided at this lovely spot. Peter was very helpful and checked in on us days before the arrival by sending all the important info. needed before and during the stay. The golf buggy was convenient and fun. We took it to go grocery shopping (nearby w/in the small island), boutique shops, Italian deli, cafe, etc. It was easy to get to some really good snorkel/swim spots on days we didn't leave Eden Island. The kitchen was well equipped, Peter had maps of the Seychelles, guide books, and Eden Island restaurants (the Indian restaurant was great--the Int'l cuisine, Bravo, was unimpressive). Peter provided us with a contact for car rental--Sharon was available by email/whatsapp or telephone and she delivered/picked up the car to/from Eden Island without a problem. Overall, we had a fantastic time!
Comfortable stay on Eden Island
Overall we had a pleasant stay in this apartment. Peter, the owner, was helpful with suggestions eg car rental and communicated well leading up to our stay. He was able to accommodate our request for an early arrival. Thank you Peter it was much appreciated. Eden Island has a fitness centre, pools, many beaches, shopping centre and restaurants all within a buggy ride. The apartment itself was large, clean, air conditioned, washing machine and dryer, ensuite x 2 and a golf buggy. Limited basics were offered eg detergent, toilet rolls and shower gel. Be aware there is no lift, a little dark in the apartment itself, car park is a buggy ride away, wi fi can be fluky. A lot of information in compendium, which is a little overloaded and not so easy to follow. Kitchen is workable however could do with some updating with very little effort. We were advised by owner when we arrived that we would not have television for the 8 night that we were to stay due to upgrades which was out of his control. He said that he had just been advised regarding this himself and apologised for same. It was not a happy camp however by coincidence this was rectified for us by management. I don't feel the apartment can be described as a luxury apartment in this complex however our stay was pleasant. The surroundings are wonderful and the complex has a lot to offer.
Perfect spot for a Seychelles holiday
The apartment is really nice and well equipped and is on a sweet spot close to beaches for swimming and snorkeling. Nice quiet area and really just a nice place.
Paradies auf E(r)den
Wir sind mit unserem Sohn (9 J.) das erste Mal auf die Seychellen geflogen und können jetzt schon sagen: bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal ! Die Seychellen kommen dem Paradies auf Erden sehr nah. Nach einigen Tagen auf Praslin Island mit Ausflügen nach La Digue und Curieuse (ein absolutes MUSS !), sind wir auf die Hauptinsel Mahé zurückgekehrt und haben dort weitere 10 Tage verbracht. Eden Island wurde uns von Freunden empfohlen. Über Fewo / HomeAway haben wir dann die Wohnung #323120 gemietet und sie hat uns vom ersten Moment des Betretens an super gut gefallen. Die Anmietung selbst war absolut reibungslos und der Vermieter hatte innerhalb kürzester Zeit geantwortet, wie im übrigen sich sehr auch per eMail & whatsapp um uns bemüht. Die Beschreibung und die Fotos des Vermieters stimmen exakt überein ! Die Wohnung ist im I. Stock und bietet viel Platz, ist sehr großzügig geschnitten, hat zwei Schlafzimmer mit En-Suite Bädern / Duschen, eine große offene Küche nach amerik. Vorbild, Eß- und Wohnzimmerbereich mit Ausgang zu einer sehr großen überdachten Terasse mit Blick auf das 'Bassin 4' der Marina von Eden Island. Die ganze Eden Island ist sehr ruhig und die Wohnung selbst ebenso. Außer einigen Flugzeugen (so 4-5 an der Anzahl), die morgens und tagsüber über Eden Island im Anflug auf den Airport sind kann man keine nennenswerte Lärmbelästigung ausmachen. Auf Eden Island bewegt mach sich mit Golf Caddies. Zu jeder Whg. gehört ein Caddy. Eden Island bietet 4 Strände, 2 öffentliche Pools (einer davon direkt neben der von uns gemieteten Wohnung) und einen Pool am GYM (auch sehr gut), einige Restaurants und Geschäfte (auch Apotheke), SPAR Supermarkt etc in der Eden Plaza. Eden Island ist super gepflegt, andauernd sieht man Gärtner, die sich um die Anlage kümmern, alle Häuser sind in gutem Zustand und die Wohnung selbst war auch in einwandfreiem Zustand und sehr gepflegt. Auch wenn man minimale Gebrauchsspuren sieht - ist sie in TOP Zustand. Wir hatten in den 10 Tagen 2x Reinigungsservice und einmal einen Bettwäschen- und Handtuchwechsel. Man kann jederzeit selbst in der Whg. waschen, Waschmaschine und Trockner sind in der Küchenzeile vorhanden. Wir haben alles in allem traumhafte 15T auf den Seychellen verbracht und auch wir können Eden Island und diese Wohnung mit bestem Gewissen empfehlen ! Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen.

Certain high demand dates may attract a higher daily rate - eg those during very popular holiday periods. Sometimes reduced rates are available for 2 people only wishing to stay. Sometimes reduced rates are available if we have specific gaps in our availability calendar we wish to fill. All apartment towels and beach towels are provided.
