A (1st FLOOR END UNIT)! A Perfect Folly Beach Vacation Spot! Offers pure tranquility.

Park your car and leave it, you won't need it! Just a short walk over the bridge to Center St where you'll find all of Folly's cozy beach shops, bars & restaurants. Follow Center St to the ocean.. (beach is at the end of Center Street). Or take a quick 8-mile drive to downtown Charleston.

This is a (3 BED ~ 3 FULL BATH) Unit ~ (SLEEPS 9) ~ (There is an (ELEVATOR) in the building. This unit is all on one floor). Hallway & All Door Openings are extra wide to accommodate a wheelchair.

Everything you need for a luxurious stay. Take a swim in the fantastic (POOL) (opened all year, not heated) or enjoy the crabbing dock.

The Owners have decorated and furnished as if they lived there themselves, because they have! It is complete with cookware and all modern appliances in an open kitchen, smooth ceilings. (JACUZZI) tub in the master bath! A (NINTENDO WII) for the kids and adults to enjoy.

The spacious (SCREENED PORCH) has a Ceiling Fan and is great for enjoying your morning coffee or dining with family and friends. Walk to the shops and restaurants on Center St or rent bikes to the light house.

This condo is perfect for Spoleto visitors, wedding guests, or anyone in need of a break from life. Stay in this unit once and you will make it your regular FB vacation! See you soon!

Nice unit in a great location.

A really nice, well maintained unit. The location is quite nice in proximity to Folly Beach as well as being in a great location in it's building. The management company is quite attentive and when we had a small issue arise it was taken care of quickly and smoothly.

We had two small complaints though. First, mattresses are cheap and loud. Second, WiFi is handled through a cheap, slow router without a password. Consequently, the internet access was inconsistent at best and down right terrible at times. Please spend a couple of bucks on an upgraded router and password protect it to keep the leeches from stealing the bandwidth.

Overall, a great stay and would consider coming back.

Nice layout, poorly maintained, cockroaches

Main view is of overflow parking lot, with the view provided off to the sides. Cockroaches were crawling on the ceiling and would drop on the furniture, as well as dead cockroaches on floor and in cabinets. Walls/baseboards poorly maintained. Cabinets were sticky. Mold/musty smelling overall. Mold around kitchen sink, shower and in small appliance. Bathrooms are not handicap accessible. Broken electronics. Fairly close to beach, but unable to walk to beach due to traffic/construction and lack of sidewalk. Dirty/stained pillows. Pool was closed for entire trip. Furniture is flimsy and wobbly. Broken Blinds in front bedrooms. Right by stairs, very noisy with people running up and down until 3am. Nice layout. I provided an email outlining this with additional problems along with pictures of all above listed during stay. I have not yet had any response.

Owner's Response: Hello - We are so very sorry that the place was in poor condition - We had just taken back possession of a lot of our properties right after the long term winter rentals all on the same day - They all need deep cleanings and maintenance work - Unfortunately, the girls ran out of time and that particular unit was not able to have the necessary deep cleaning performed before your arrival - We've already been into the unit, deep cleaned it and took care of all maintenance issues and the unit is back to our high standards - We will be compensating you as well for these issues - We hope we can make it up to you in the future - and again, we are sorry
