LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! One of Folly's best deals. This Condo is an end unit and has (UNOBSTRUCTED OCEAN VIEWS). This (3 BEDROOM ~ 3 FULL BATH) condo that (SLEEPS 6) It is walking distance (1.5 BLOCKS TO CENTER STREET) to local dining and shopping, but the best part is you are (ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE OCEAN~BEACH) (so you aren't paying Ocean Front prices) all while still viewing ocean front scenes and sunsets off your deck. (ELEVATOR).

Very well equipped heated and air conditioned home. Kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, coffee grinder, blender and garbage disposal. There are even some games and books for the kids! There is more than enough seating throughout the home, including a dining table that sits 6 and 5 barstools around the kitchen bar -

Master Suite looks out onto the ocean and opens to an Open Air Porch. There is a (GARDEN TUB) in the master bathroom -

There are ceiling fans throughout the home along with a few extra box fans. Living area has a wonderful (PORCH WITH AN ATTACHED OPEN AIR SOUTHERN WRAP BALCONY) with outdoor chairs, all facing the ocean with unobstructed views -

Rental Labor Day Weekend

Overall we were pleased with the property and was as we expected it

would be. It was close to town and on the beach which we liked. One

problem we had were the towels. There were no kitchen towels and only

two bath towels per bedroom. This was not enough for a 4 day stay with

6 people in the group. It would have been nice to have an extra towel.

Unforgetable vacation

Our family and my in laws stayed at your condo and loved it. My father in law loved being on the deck and people watching. It was great, we could watch the ocean from the deck, and walk to town. The condo was well stocked with cooking utensils. Loved having the washer and dryer, no dirty clothes to drag home. Wish there had been an updated phone list of local businesses. Also close enough to Charleston to enjoy it also. This condo was a pleasant surprise...lived up to reviews. Love FollyBeach!!!!!!!!

Perfect Folly Spot

What a family vacation we had! Property and location could not have been better! The condo was well equipped with great views of the ocean. Owners have nice and beachy furnishings and artwork throughout the home. We will definately be coming back next Summer. My kids were able to cross the small one way street and they were at the ocean. We could watch them from the condo porch! Management company was extreemely accommodating and property was clean and in great condition. See you next Summer! Bill
