Sunset Terrace Condo #108 is a beautiful two bedroom, two bath Gulf front condo with a heated pool located at 2312 Gulf Drive in Bradenton Beach.
This first floor unit offers a spectacular panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico right from your Livingroom and has ability to sleep six guests with a king size bed, a queen size bed and a sleeper sofa.

There is a full sized washer and dryer in the unit for your use and convenience. There is a 42" LCD television in the living room with a Blu-Ray DVD and access to Netflix, if you have an account with them. There is a 46" television in the master bedroom and a 31" television in the guest bedroom.

Covered parking, a heated pool and ground level storage with beach gear complete the package.

Sunset Terrace is a very popular Bradenton Beach rental so please book early.
This is a smoke free property with a one week minimum stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall positive, the condo wasn’t super clean. There were loo o ts of crumbs on the floor. The front door glass was dirty, the mirrors were dirty. The view was beautiful! Kitchen was well stocked.

Beauty in Bradenton

This property was absolutely perfect for my family. The beach was amazing and we loved that there were no crowds. The condo has everything we needed for our stay. My only recommendation is that the storage unit be cleaned out due to most items being broken. We did leave a new umbrella for the next guest. I would definitely rent this unit again!!
