INFORMATION REGARDING TODDLERS AND CHILDREN: Our bedding furnishings and casual dinning area with high bar stools are not designed for toddlers and children. We will refer you to a crib and highchair rental company. The balconies, with railings that are 6 inches apart, are not recommended for toddlers and children. Keep toddlers and children away from the balconies. Keep balcony doors locked at all times.

HOUSEKEEPING/CLEANING SERVICE: All vacation rentals do not have daily housekeeping service. You are renting from a privately own condo unit. There is no cleaning; no housekeeping; no room service; no laundry service; no towel & sheet changes during your stay. This is a standard operating procedure for all vacation rentals in Hawaii. The one-time cleaning fee is to pay the cleaning company to service the unit after your stay. Mid-stay cleaning, which includes fresh sheets & towels, is available for a fee through a third party cleaning company.

PARTY EVENTS NOT PERMITTED: This suite does not permit to convene parties or similar events for that purpose. If you are planning a party, do not book this suite.

SMOKING STRICTLY PROHIBITED and will result in loss of security deposit. Hawaii State Law & the Ilikai Condo Association By-Laws prohibit smoking in the condo and on the condo balcony. Smoking section is provided on the south side walkway of the main pool.

NO PARKING COMES WITH THIS RENTAL: All the units at the Ilikai does not come with a parking. The guest directly pay the IIikai Valet Parking $28/day with in-out privileges available 24/7.

GYM FACILITY: All Ilikai private condo owners and their guests do not have access to the hotel gym. There is a 24-Hour Super Sports Fitness Gym club #540 located within 10-minute walk on 1680 Kapiolani Blvd.

TRAVEL INSURANCE: Due to unforeseen emergencies, you may need to postpone or cancel your vacation. We recommend that you obtain a Travel Insurance Plan, as we have cancellation policies to comply with.

Best Vacation We Ever Had!

A perfect 10 out of 10:

1. The units are in excellent condition and perfectly maintained.

2. The view of the Pacific and the Lagoon are amazing.

3. Easy beach, lagoon and pool access.

4. The unit had beach chairs, boogie boards, pool passes, etc.

5. The Ilikai building is great - it has a convenience store, restaurant, shops, and friendly staff.

6. The location in Waikiki is perfect. You can walk to shops, beach, restaurants, bars, etc. There is always a taxi waiting downstairs for a trip. We also had a car for longer trips and the valet parking was under 4 minutes every time we needed the car. You can rent surf boards, take lessons (we used “Big Wave Dave’s), all within walking or 5 minute taxi ride.

7. The instructions and tips were really a game changer. Before arrival, the owners provided very easy instructions for Wifi, air conditioning, laundry, where to get groceries, where to eat, what to do, how to enjoy your stay. It saved countless time when looking for things to do.

8. Hospitality – the person who greets you contacts you days beforehand and provides his personal cell, email, etc. He texts you the day you arrive to make sure all is good; and greets you in the lobby. He was super friendly and only minutes away if we needed anything (we didn’t). He gave us a tour and stayed until no one had any questions.

9. The balcony – a perfect place to enjoy your time and soak up the views. One of the six of us were out there almost the entire time reading, enjoying a breakfast – or when all of us watched the Friday evening fireworks right from the balcony.

10. Spacious – there were 6 of us. 4 Adults and 2 Kids (10 and 7). There was plenty of space for us as they had two king size beds and two single beds so no one slept on a couch. They also had big refrigerator with freezer, 2 coffee makers, K-Cup machine, rice cooker, toaster, wine refrigerator, pots, pans, microwave, knife set, cooking utensils, etc etc. It made our stay very easy as we went down the road to the store and had plenty of food and drinks for the week with plenty of extra space in the fridge.

We vacation every year – Italy, Lake George, Florida, California, France, etc. This was by far our best place and we will rent this same place next time we go to Hawaii. We have already recommended it to our family and friends.

Fabulous views, great prior communication, stylish and well appointed

The two condos were just perfect for our family of six. There were plenty of towels and everything provided in the kitchen. Ron was really terrific to deal with and the views are even more spectacular than the photos. Freddie welcomed us with fresh leis and yummy chocolates and we felt very spoilt. I could not recommend this property more highly and would give it more stars if possible!

The condo was very nice and fully equipped with everything you need. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio nightly. The. View was amazing. The check in process was great. . My family and myself enjoyed the warm greeting with Hawaiian leis and a tour of the facility.

I would stay in this unit again. Thumbs up.

This is the spot!

Having been to the Hawaiian Islands numerous times, I've had the opportunity to stay at several different properties. I must say, this is the nicest place I've had the opportunity to stay at thus far. I had three people accompanying me who had never been to any of the Islands, so this property made their trip that much more special. Upon our arrival, Ron met us in the lobby and kicked off our wonderful stay. When we walked in the room and he pulled back the drapes, I could see in my guests faces they were overwhelmed with the view!

This property has it all! A nicely upgraded and equipped kitchen, along with wonderful living spaces and bathrooms. The lobby staff is very friendly and the bell hops will go out of their way to assist you. Another nice little touch is the laundry room just down the hall. This way you can pack less, saving room for all those great things you said you were not going to buy, but end up buying anyway :-)

The location is excellent. A short walk and you can be at the Ana Moana Mall (the largest open air mall in the US), or you can be in the heart of Waikiki Beach, with all its' great restaurants and shopping...oh and some great small beach areas as well. If you don't like walking, Uber normally runs between $5-6 t to these locations. There are also two car rental locations across the street. Another plus, most of the tours have their pick up location in front of the property. That's right, the guests at the Prince and Hilton next door have to walk over to catch the tour buses, while you just have to walk out the front doors.

We only had two little wrinkles. If you want to watch the fireworks show at the Hilton, I suggest you grab the lawn chairs off the lanai (porch) and walk down to the grassy area along the lagoon, about 40 min. before the show begins. If you stay on the lanai, only about half of the fireworks clear the Hilton, so you can not enjoy the show. However, you can watch their Luau from the lanai. We had the misfortune of the elevators having issues two days in a row during our stay. There are five, plus the bathers elevator, which is the hidden gem if the others are busy. We figured this was a sign from the water Gods that we need to go back to the pool or beach :-)

If you book this property you will not be disappointed! On a side note, the Polynesian Culture Center Luau and night show are a must!!!

Simply Fabulous

This truly is a posh and lavish place to stay! Not only were four adults completely comfortable living together for one week, but no stone was left unturned. Every detail had been planned and provided for, including beach chairs, ice chest, toys, and a wagon to cart everything to the beach! Ron and Freddie were so helpful from the beginning to the end. Much appreciated!
