This is a new Penthouse - duplex Apartment, on two levels with spacious living room 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with stunning sea & mountain views in the community 'Terrazas de la Bahia', near Estepona. This property is situated in well-kept gardens with 2 community pools. The Penthouse has 3 terraces in total, 2 with fantastic sea view; the third terrace is on the garden site. There is air conditioning throughout for heating/cooling. Tastefully and to a high standard with SAT TV-Astra, DVD, music/CD-radio furnished living room with dining place to seat 6 people, when you seat on the dining table you can look at the sun, lighting on the open Mediterranean Sea! The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances. Both lounge and dining area look out to a large terrace with free overviews to the sea and the mountains. The whole property is very stylish and with a personal taste furnished with a lot of unique accessories, pictures and some antique furniture.

Need-to-know about Estepona:: Estepona is a small charming city on the Costa del Sol . Situated between Marbella and Gibraltar, not far away from the marina town of Puerto Banus. Estepona has saved successful its character of a typical Andalusian village in spite of a growing tourism. In the centre you will find the Plaza Las Flores, one charming constructed meeting point. In his neighbourhood you will find several bars, coffees, tapas bars and shops along the pedestrian area or the old city centre. Mentionable is the bullfighting arena of Estepona, drafted on plans of Salvador Dali and has the adequate charisma. In Estepona you will find a multiplicity of restaurants, small typical tapas bars or even exclusive gastronomy. On Wednesdays and Sundays you can visit the market place in Estepona. You can stroll along the very tastefully decorated promenade with a lot of plants and trees up to the marina port of Estepona.

Need-to-know about San Pedro de Alcantara:: San Pedro de Alcantara is a small village in direct neighbourhood of the famous marina town of Puerto Banus (only 5 min. car drive!) The glamorous bathing resort and summer meeting point of the European Jet-Set Marbella with a wide range of bars and discos, noble boutiques and designer shops is only 15 min. car drive away. Very elegant and tastefully to high standards with a personal note furnished penthouse with all the necessary luxury, needed for relaxing holidays. Downstairs is the large living room with dining area to seat 6 people with direct accesses to the main terrace with breathtaking sea views, dining table for 6 and sunblind. Fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary equipment such as: dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave-oven, electric kettle, coffee machine, toaster, hoover, iron & board... and the first bedroom with double bed. Upstairs are the 2 bedrooms, each with double bed, en-suite-bathroom and terrace. Main bedroom with wonderful free view to the Mediterranean Sea and direct access to the second large beachside terrace with sunloungers to chill out.

Sunning sea views and a bathroom for each room!

This apartment was lovely and clean and had views to the horizon of the Mediterranean Sea. There are three resonable size double rooms each with their own bathroom.

The property is at the top of a hill, hence the splendid views, and while a walk DOWN to the local beach bar is a reaonably pleasant 10-15 minute stroll, a walk back UP afterwards is more challenging! For shopping etc. a car is needed, but the property does have a secure packing garage.

The property balconies face East and so the view to the horizon affords beautiful sunrise views if you are up early enough. We went in October and so the sunrise time was not too challenging for a couple of views (8.35am).

The meet and greet was friendly and timely, and having left my iPad and laptop in the property (oops!) they were promptly returned to me by courier.

All in all a lovely place to relax away from the hustle and bustle, but for eating out and shopping you will need to have a car.

Great Apartment

If I should write few senteces about our stay at first I would like to say that we were very satisfied, The apartmen was great, everything written on the internet was there. Girls appreciated well equiped kitchen :) and boys spent a lot of time by the pool. Air conditioning is something absolutely fantastic in hot weather but what we liked the most was the huge balcony where we ate almost every meal. The last point i would like to mention is the garrage just under the apartment- a luxury thing for me :). Our landlady Lynne was very kind to us because we arrived at about 11PM and there was no problem to contact her and pick up the keys, she shower us everything in the house and gave us some advices for trips in the surrounding areas. I would definitely recommend this apartment to everyone, who wants to have a nice stay in the east of Spain

Vacaciones Bahia de Casares

Mi familia y yo hemos pasado unas estupendas vacaciones en Bahia de Casares en parte gracias al duplex que tenia una vista sobre el mar y la montaña estupendas. El apartamento era muy lujoso y muy bien equipado. No faltaba de nada y la plaza de garage y el wifi nos facilitaron nuestras vacaciones. Las dos piscinas estaban muy bien y rodeadas de cesped. La playa muy grande, està muy cerca, pero hace falta el coche para mayor comodidad.

Tuvimos la suerte de contar con Alberto que estuvo siempre a nuestra escucha para cualquier tipo de solicitud. Os aconsejo este alquiler. Cordialmente. Bernardo

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit sagenhaftem Ausblick!

Wir waren zu sechst (3 Paare) und es hat uns sowohl in Andalusien als auch in der Wohnung sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist schön und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Möbel sind in Ordnung, in den Betten haben wir sehr gut geschlafen. Toll ist natürlich, dass jedes Zimmer sein eigenes Bad hat! Der Ausblick von den beiden großen Terrassen ist einfach traumhaft. Die Balkonliegen sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und waren nicht besonders einladend. Vielleicht sollten zumindest die Auflagen mal erneuert werden. Ein neuer Wäscheständer für die Handtücher wäre auch ganz nett. Ansonsten gibt es nichts auszusetzen, es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und mit dem Verwalter vor Ort hat reibungslos geklappt, man bekommt direkt nach der Buchung eine ausführliche Anfahrtsbeschreibung. Allerdings liegt die Wohnung ein bisschen abseits vom Geschehen, ohne Auto eher weniger empfehlenswert, zumal der Strand vor Ort nicht besonders schön ist. Da wir aber ein Auto hatten und uns viel angeschaut haben, war die Lage kein Problem. Die Wohnung an sich ist aber auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen.

Traumhafte Ferienwohnung

Uns bleibt nur eins zu sagen: Der Aufenthalt war wunderschön. Die Wohnung hält was sie verspricht und ist geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, es mangelte an nichts. Die großen Terassen mit Blick auf das Meer waren das Highlight des Apartments. Die Anlage war sehr gepflegt und durch die bunte Bepflanzung einfach wunderschön anzuschauen. Der Pool hat uns begeißtert, weil auch hier alles sehr sauber und ruhig war.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und sehnen uns schon jetzt zurück.Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen, weil das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht besser sein konnte.

The Urbanisation 'Terrazas de la Bahia' is built on a small hill, beside the beach in the Bahia de Casares. So you enjoy a free view over the Mediterranean and the coast of Casares. The urbanisation is only 10km far away from the village of Casares, which is called 'pearl' of this region. This is a small typical Andalusian village with small picturesque alleyways. On the highest elevation, there is an old spire and a peel; from this place you have a wonderful prospect to the strait of Gibraltar. It’s not far to the famous lookout point Mirador de Juanar and to the Valle de los Naranjos with its unique orange-woods.
