Thanks for considering our 2nd home for your vacation or quick get away. This is the perfect rental for the discriminating single, couple or family. We offer a comfortable, clean, fully renovated and well maintained home for your beach vacation experience.

Our home is ideally located just one house from the sand, 3 blocks south of the Newport Beach Pier on Balboa Blvd. The newly completed Marina Park is directly across the street. We now have a outstanding marina view from the living room. The house is just a short drive or bike ride to the Balboa Fun Zone, whale watching tours, deep sea fishing and boat rentals. Plenty of shopping and fantastic restaurants are close by. Swimming in the bay or ocean is just a short walk away.

The ocean and bay are just 150-yards from our front door, the world famous Wedge is just down the street, John Wayne airport and shopping at Fashion Island are 15-minutes, Disneyland is only 30-minutes, and San Diego 90-minutes.

What makes this condo unique

Unlike most other rentals in the area, our home is ready to be enjoyed. We provide bed linens and the bathrooms are stocked with paper, soap and shampoo. The kitchen is well appointed with almost everything you would need to cook with. All you need to do is pack the frig with food and enjoy your stay.

Great location and spacious

The location is just steps away from the beach, across the street from a park and near restaurants and shopping. This upstairs unit is spacious to accommodate our party of 4 adults and 4 children.

Perfect location, welcoming host

We stayed at this property while in town for a wedding. It was a perfect home base and well stocked with everything we needed (even a pack n play for those traveling with little ones). I was impressed with the cleanliness and upkeep of the property. The only negative for us was no AC (only an issue because we stayed during a major heat wave . . . there are ceiling fans). The two parking spots are absolutely invaluable if you're staying during the summer. The park across the street is perfect for kids. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends.

Loved it!!

This house was perfect for our family vacation. With lots of babies, it was great being so close to the beach so we could come and go as we pleased. The house was very clean and fit all 11 us perfectly! Would definitely recommend it!

Great access to beach and comfortable furnishings with lots of added extras included

We had problems with the rowdy and drunk downstairs tenants on July 4 starting at 9 am, however, the owner called the police and the problem was resolved. Our kitchen sink became clogged and it was repaired quickly.

The house included many things not normally supplied like detergent, paper products and even some condiments.

It is a nice location but the front of the house can be noisy as it's on the main drag of the Balboa Peninsula. A lovely park is located right across the street for kids and harbor views are nice.

If you want peace and quiet during a prime summer week, then this may not be for you.

However, if you want a great house with good beach access and in the middle of it all I think you'll be happy..

Great place and great location

This place is stocked with everything you need. The master is very spacious. Loved the remodeled bathrooms.The beach is well maintained as you would expect in Newport Beach. Drove to Disneyland in just 20-25 minutes. We had beautiful weather the entire week.
