Very disappointed starting with checking in, we were helped by Karla the property manager, very rude, when we attempted to ask questions she would
Cut us off and answer with a no! We
Asked if we can have late checkout without checking she said no. Overall not great manners nor good customer service. The cabin was nothing close to what it was advertised. I believe the mount they I paid for this cabin ($$914.79 plus addition $64.00 for late checkout) it wasn't worth it at all. Starting from how how filthy all the rooms where to how bad the house smelled. There were spider webs all around and very dusty. The kitchen appliances were very dirty to the point that we couldn't use them. We had to eat out for our 2 days spend. We couldn't even use the BBQ gas grill because it was very dirty and we couldn't even find the BBQ tools to clean it. Nothing was supplied to us, from basic foil, all the kitchen serving ware were broken, from cups to plates, might I mention very dangerous especially when we're visiting with children. The master bedrooms fire place remote control wasn't working, we called maintance which took 2 in a half hours to arrive. The room had a feet thin curtain which didn't even block the light coming in. I visitor big bear twice a year and by far this has been the worst house I've stayed in. I believe that for the bad experience I have had it is only fair for a discount on what I have paid. The house apperence quality doesn't come close to what I paid for. I wouldn't stay nor refer anyone to stay with you from now on.
