Come enjoy this well-appointed 3,100+ sq foot two-story home located on the water over looking Alamitos Bay in Belmont Shore. Belmont Shore is a quaint seaside village with numerous shops, restaurants and entertainment within easy walking distance. This home allows the renter to truly enjoy the Southern California coast with all it has to offer.

The home boasts water views, gourmet kitchen with all amenities, breakfast nook that seats six, large common spaces; living and family rooms. The master suite features a private lanai and bath that includes a separate shower and tub. One of the guest rooms includes a bay window seat with panoramic marina views. The four bedrooms are on the second floor and include the following: Master bedroom - King bed, Guest room #2 - Queen bed, Guest room #3 - Queen bed plus single day bed with additional pull out single trundle, Guest room #4 - Two single beds with additional pull out single trundle. All beds are new with comfortable mattresses and luxurious bedding.

Located on the water, this bright two-story luxury home is a perfect vacation get-away for families or a grown ups weekend. This home is beautifully laid out to provide a sense of privacy and space. The formal dining area comfortably seats 12 people. Living room with gas fireplace is the perfect place to relax with a book. The family room is complete with wet bar and is a wonderful area for entertaining. Large French doors open up to the private backyard with gas BBQ, patio and Jacuzzi area.

Amenities include flat screen TVs, iPod doc, wireless Internet and a fully equipped office area with unlimited calling within the U.S., PC, and scan/copy capabilities. This home provides the perfect environment for enjoying California's amazing ocean, weather and sun.

Because the home is located on the Alamitos Bay the private dock offers private access to the water for kayaking, paddle boards, swimming, and/or just sunning. It is also a short walk (8 houses) to wonderful restaurants, shops, cafes, and the bay side beach.

Belmont Shore is a very pet friendly area. Dogs (sorry no cats due to allergies) are very welcome in the home.

For those of you coming into town for a meeting at the Long Beach Convention Center, the home is approximately three miles from the Convention Center and downtown Long Beach. The small transit bus called the Passport (see link below) is a convenient and inexpensive way to get to and from the Convention Center, as well as the the Long Beach Grand Prix, the Aquarium of the Pacific, the Queen Mary and other local attractions. There is also a water taxi available on the same system should you prefer to enjoy the sights from another perspective. And of course Disneyland is only a 25 minute drive away.

We purchased this home as a vacation home to supplement our beach and boating lifestyle. This is our dream to own a home in Belmont Shore giving our boat and our spare time a permanent place to play. We are happy to share it.

What makes this house unique

The family enjoys kayaking, bicycling, going around Naples Island on paddle boards and just cruising the 'Shore'. The one thing we love about our home is that we can go there - park the car - and not drive for an entire weekend. Everything we could possibly need is within walking distance. When you live in the Los Angeles area, any time you can take the opportunity to not drive is wonderful. We also love that it is only 25 minutes to Disneyland.

The home, location and communication from the owner was more than perfect. Our family really enjoyed the beautiful home and it's ideal location in Long Beach/Belmont Shore area. The house and its facilities were totally as advertised. Close to beaches, shopping, restaurants. It was very easy to work with Ms Paterson. For our crew of 3 kids (age 1-6) and 5 adults, it was really quite a fine accommodation. If we are ever again such a large crew headed to LA, we will do our best to land this property.
