Long in the tooth...

  • 2 of 5

The complex is nice enough and a good Incline location. Next to our unit must be a full time residence of young adults that smoked all kinds of things morning, noon, and night which from a parent's perspective is always challenging. The unit itself is very dated and with it being a three level structure the heat upstairs in the summer is unbearable. It must have been close to 100 degrees in the upper bedroom and it didn't cool down until 2am. The downstairs master bedroom/bath serves as the bathroom for everybody so sort of a drag to have everyone walking in our bedroom. So, none of us were hot on the floor plan. The master can use a ceiling fan. The unit had nice new TVs and was generally well equipped. We had spotty Internet and couldn't get it to work our last couple of days. Finally, the last thing that we didn't like was there was no deck to BBQ or have outdoor meals. I think that this unit is best rented in the winter months when it would be nice and cozy.
