On the beach of the Pacific ocean... one of the most beautiful, clean beaches, with sand stretching, about 10 miles. It is the best walking, jogging, and swimming beach of the area!

There are 3 wonderful swimming pools.

Huge, private terrace, with 340 degree view, sunrise to sunset...from the ocean, to the mountains north to the south, to the end of end of Banderas Bay...dolphins and whales and the outstanding sunsets!

This beautiful 3 bedroom/3 bathroom 2,000 sf condo, with sliding glass walls, opens up onto your private 2700 sf patio...complete with private dipping pool.

Two king-size master bedroom suites, each with private bathroom/shower...each opening to the huge terrace, with ocean views, and sound of the waves....and the third (queen size) bedroom has use of the third unattached bathroom, also with large custom shower.

Custom kitchen with all of the 'at home' conveniences; refrigerator, gas stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher, trash compactor, etc., and all the cooking utensils. For outdoor bbq cooking, there is a stainless steel Weber propane gas grill.

Super grocery store, 'MEGA' is a walking mile away... also, a small market, just a couple of blocks north of the complex for 'quick pick ups', at Villa del Palmer.

So many restaurants, within a short (beach, or street) walking distance. Walk to Bucerias, to a different restaurant, live music, every night. South, to Paradise Village, or Puerto Vallarta, on the malecon, for so many wonderful places to eat, and nightlife galore!!

Our security team offers free service, of calling for your cab, which comes within minutes/seconds...or, there's a bus stop (right across the street from the complex)... the least expensive transportation, and the most interesting!

So many things to do....swimming, golf, jet skiing, parasailing, horseback riding (on the beach), sight seeing, tour a tequila making facility, wake boarding, deep sea fishing, zip lining, romantic dinner boat rides (Vallarta Adventures) night clubbing........OR simply sun bathe, walk on the beach, swim and refresh yourself in the two cool infinity pools, then lay around the pool and socialize, and enjoy the warmth of the beach sand and swim in the warm ocean waters.

Why The Owner chose Flamingos

After many vacations to warm and sunny places, we fell in love with the Puerto Vallarta area. Oceanfront, with the mountains to the east, the huge, private terrace, with dipping pool and amazing ocean view! It has it all. Great shopping, wonderful beaches, quaint small towns, tons of activities on the clean, beautiful beach, that stretches for a 10 mile walk.

What makes this condo unique

This 5,000 sf, stunning, tastefully decorated penthouse has 3 bedrooms (2 kings and 1 queen), 3 bathrooms with showers, large kitchen, living room, and dining room, with doorwalls that open up fully onto the (3,000 sf) terrace with dipping pool. Patio furniture for sitting or sunning, lounge chairs and terrace dining table with 6 chairs. You can barbecue on your Weber, gas grill, and cook all your favorite barbeque meals. Each room has a fan....including the bathrooms. There is an air conditioner in each bedroom as well as the great room. Enjoy many dvd movies from our movie dvd collection on the flat screen tv in the great room or from the flat screen tv in the north side, master bedroom. This penthouse has it all!

I want to thank you for an exceptionnal stay at Acqua Flamingo. We realised immediately that your home was fabulous. We can assure you that we took care of the place like it was our own. Everything in the condo is upscale. We adored the sunsets from the patio. We used the floating chairs a lot, it was a great asset. We went to Karen's place and Marks bar and grill for dinner, it was delicious. Everything was perfect

We have furnished the condo with the best of the best for the most enjoyable stay. We supply pool toys and beach chairs. The interior of the condo is approximate 1900SF with sliding glass doors that open up to your private 2700SF patio. Your own private patio wraps around the condo.

Absolutely Amazing!!

This was by far the most impressive accomidations Ive had in all my travels in the last +30 years. The view is impossible to put into words - overwhelmingly beautiful. The grounds are well kept, and the complex is very peaceful. Comfortably quiet, no loud people, or noise/music. The penthouse is very spacious, clean, and modern. We had all the amenities one would expect from high end lodging. Plenty of furniture inside, and out, to suit your mood. I especially enjoyed the BBQ, and meals on the out door dining area. Thank you for a great stay!

Penthouse Paradise

My wife and two boys just returned from our vacation in Nuevo Vallarta and had an awesome time. We rented the penthouse from Shant and were not disappointed at all. Everything about the place was perfect. Were enjoyed having the family we were traveling with up to enjoy the BBQ and nightly sunsets. I would HIGHLY recommend this location and place to any future travelers.

Beautiful location but issues with maintenance and property management

This unit is in an excellent location, the space is wonderful and the unit is tastefully decorated. The common areas of the property are clean and beautifully maintained. It's best feature is its spectacular view with incredible sunrise and sunset shows.

We rented this property primarily because of the beautiful terrace depicted in the ad photos. That was not the reality that we encountered. Contrary to the ad photo, our patio had 1 broken table umbrella and table, 2 side tables, 6 chairs and 3 lounges. Don't even ask about the pool! The unit had not been properly prepared to accept guests. The end result being that the serenity, privacy and enjoyment of our holiday were grossly compromised by having to deal with maintenance issues and frequent repairmen in our unit.

Our experience was that there is no proactive maintenance but rather a band-aide approach operation. We were subjected to constant breakdowns of under serviced and tired equipment. Enough said! As such there were constant maintenance problems which cannot be included in 2490 characters.

The unit was superficially clean however no deep cleaning had taken place for some time including surfaces inside and out as well as linens that required replacement.

Service was poor. When brought to property manager Arlene's (Shant's mother) attention, problems were addressed but most often with considerable hesitation and delay. Items that were in our contract were not provided ie: television reception and weekly cleaning. Upon our arrival at midnight we were unable to unlock the door with the code provided by Shant as Arlene had changed it that day. Water in the unit is undrinkable due to a not maintained filtering system yet there was not even a welcome bottle of drinking water. A positive attitude by the property manager towards guests, maintenance and service was not apparent.

The four of us are seasoned travellers who have rented through Home Away dozens of times all over the world but never before have we encountered so many issues nor felt the need to submit a negative review. In good conscience we cannot recommend this property.

Wish I Could Recommend it, But...

Although I can't currently recommend it, this unit has lot going for it. The interior is attractive, the rooms are spacious, and the kitchen is well-stocked with pots, pans and utensils. The patio is huge, well furnished, and provides an amazing view of the pools, the beach, and the coast, and is an amazing vantage point for enjoying the sunset.

Unfortunately, as our visit (1st week of January '18), the unit was not in condition to be rented. We experienced the following issues:

• Just about every bathroom sink and shower drain was extremely slow, and one of them emitted a terrible odor.

• The bottom of the front door dragged heavily against the floor, making it very challenging- and loud- when opening or closing it.

• The top rack of the dishwasher was missing a wheel, and could not be pulled open without derailing it. Loading and unloading it had to be done by reaching into the machine.

• One light switch in the back bathroom was damaged- it sparked when switched to the “on” position, and the light would only go on for a moment each time it was engaged (maintenance fixed it when they came to check on the lack of water). The ceiling fan in that bathroom didn’t work, either.

• 3 of 6 stove burners would not light unless lit with a hand lighter. The oven may or may not work- we were never able to get it to turn on.

• The washing machine stopped working midway through our stay- the tub would not drain.

Our experience with the property managers was mixed. They were quick to send someone when we let them know upon our arrival that 2 of the 4 AC units were not working, and when we woke to find there was no running water (that issue disappeared on its own). However, there was no toilet paper in the unit when we arrived, and while we’ve stayed many places that don’t include paper products, this is the only one that didn’t provide an initial roll, which was a problem when one of us arrived with stomach issues. The hot water heater was off on arrival. And the cost of the maid was very high.

Notes- the condo complex lacks a restaurant or bar, so be prepared. And construction in the complex is still in full swing.

The location, living space and patio view make this a unit I wish I could recommend. Instead, I suggest that before you make a decision on whether to rent it, you talk through the mentioned issues with the property manager. If you feel comfortable that they have been resolved, then this unit will be a great home base for your vacation.

Llegamos a la propiedad y tiene muchos muebles en mal estado comenzando por un banco roto en la barra de cocina,sillas del comedor descompuestas no se diga de la terraza todos los camastro estaban rotos al igual que algunas sillas del comedor ,la alberca privada muy sucia ni siquiera la pudimos usar porque nos quejamos del estado de la misma y nunca la limpiaron ,sin funcionar un ventilador y las fotos que muestran en la página no son reales porque los muebles no se encuentran en ese estado.


Sin mencionar el mal trato y falta de seriedad de la propietaria,no lo recomiendo para nada porque nos cobraron por los daños que ya existían .
