Perfect location

This house is perfect if you're wanting to be close to Main Street. We walked everywhere--restaurants, shops, and coffee shops are all a 2-10 minute walk. The gondola station going up the mountain is a 2 minute walk from the house. A cute public playground area for kids is just down the street. As far as the house goes, it was a little bit smaller inside (especially the living area) than the pictures looked, but still a very nice and comfortable house. The tri level is something to note for sleeping arrangements: there are 2 bedroom suites on the first floor, then one level up is the living area and kitchen, then another level up is another bedroom suite with 2 single beds. The hot tub on the deck and view is extraordinary. Overall, a really nice house, great location, awesome view.

annual girls trip!

My girlfriends and I have stayed here (now 2 years in a row) for the Breckenridge half marathon. It is the perfect location! Excellent amenities. We cooked dinner in on Friday night & went out on Saturday. Easy to walk everywhere downtown. The deck has amazing views and the hot tub is great! Excellent amenities also provided for the showers. No need to travel with body wash or shampoo/conditioner as they had full sized bottles of nice quality shower necessities

Great Friends weekend

The house is a perfect location in town. We loved being walking distance to everything. The house is very comfortable and had all the space we needed. The patio hottub with the mountain views is so beautiful.

a few things to note: replace the toaster - its a fire hazard - it chars burns one side in 30 seconds and leaves the other side raw.

add olive oil as a staple to the kitchen pantry - this would help all your guests with the cooking.

and a few sets of sheets for the futons. We could only find one set but that did not fit the futon bed or pillow.

Those are just notes - the stay and house was incredible ,We would 100% go back.

Another Great Stay

This was our second time staying at The Victorian and the house did not disappoint. The location is so close to town. We come every year for Oktoberfest and it is an easy walk back and forth to the festivities. The house is in excellent condition and all of the amenities we could ask for. The views from the balcony are unbeatable. We love staying at this house! The only thing to consider staying at this house is you must be able to handle stairs! It's a bit of a work out packing in and out.
