Please note, damage deposit for Coachella is $1500. rather than the normal $500. Dogs are $175 per week. Breeds must be approved.

Beautiful, well maintained property on a quiet street

We loved everything about this house! The location was on a quiet street with mountain views. The backyard and pool were very nice and well maintained. The house was spacious and very clean. Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. Darryl was very helpful in coordinating our trip to Southern California and Joshua Tree National Park. We will forever cherish the memories of this very special family vacation.

Propery was as described. Wonderful home. Well stocked. Great pool.

Darryl was great to work with and answered all questions and took care of all paperwork promptly. The house and neighborhood were great for our family of 5. We enjoyed the pool and found the house to be very comfortable and well laid out. The neighborhood is very quiet and had sidewalks for my morning jog. No problems at all.

Celebrated B-day and father's day

Mom, Dad, Sister, daughters and significant others got together to celebrate 75th B-day and, Father's Day. Great property, close, yet isolated and away from the hustle and bustle. Very hot spell, but house and pool took care of all our needs and wishes.

Beautiful home in a perfect location

The Westwind is the perfect getaway in an ideal Palm Springs location. Located in a quiet area of the city (but still close enough to shopping/dining/night life), the house comfortably slept my group of 8 with enough space so no one felt cramped or crowded.

Darryl left specific instructions to make navigating his beautiful home incredibly easy, and the ample supply of dining utensils/kitchen appliances/linens made this truly feel like a home away from home. He was incredibly easy to work with, quick to respond via email, and accommodating to this group of young people looking to enjoy a holiday weekend (a rental proposition that I'm sure gives many home owners pause for concern).

I would return to this home in a heartbeat, and will certainly be reaching out to Darryl next time I have the opportunity to take a trip to the desert.

I am a chef myself and do a great deal of sit down dinners and BBQ's for friends so I have attempted to ensure the house is fully stocked for your every need. It sounds like I met the mark with your group. It was my first rental since the new Palm Springs Vacation Ordinance bylaws were passed in April. I must return the generous remarks to you and your friends by thanking you all for your cooperation in this area and accepting these new laws in such a respectful manner. It is my hope Palm Springs remains a welcoming vacation destination for everyone of all ages, and that these new restrictions do not discourage homeowners from offering their homes to those who wish to vacation in Palm Springs. It would be sad if only hotel rooms were available to vistors to the city but sadly I believe this is the goal of the current city council and mayor. NYE in the perfect house

I booked this house with 7 of my friends for a NYE getaway from Los Angeles. Darryl was friendly and cordial throughout the booking process. House had EVERYTHING we could have wanted and more. Lots of space, all of the cooking utensils and cozy fireplace too. Pool and spa was great and the backyard is gorgeous. The bed in the Master bedroom was the softest bed I have felt in a long time. Pet friendly too. Great place overall and perfect place to celebrate the new year!

Awesome gorgeous clean back yard, super dog friendly, quiet , comfortable!

Pool heating November to May $50 per day. June to October $25. per day. Payments are nonrefundable regardless of the reason. It is suggested renters engage in private trip cancellation insurance to ensure in the event of illness or death they are fully covered. Please note that in the event of a cancellation, all efforts will be made to re-rent the home for you. There is a $500 service fee for a re-rent deducted from any funds collected.
