Excellent home away from home!

We loved our stay! Helen was so attentive during the booking process and quick to respond to any email or question we had. The property was large and spacious, clean and it had all we needed to prepare our meals at home!

The home was as advertised and as per pictures!

Great location!

This rental was in excellent proximity to Disney! It was so easy to get to and from the parks each day. We even spent one day at Universal and that was only about a 20 minute drive. The rental was just as shown in the pictures. There was plenty of sleeping space for our family of 4 but we could have easily fit 3-5 more people. The townhouse was clean. The few negatives I have are just me being picky. The grocery store is at least a 15 minute drive away. There are not many dishes (like 8 place settings), so you end up doing dishes daily. Overall, I would stay here again! Helen was easy to work with.

Overall stay was good.

Wish there were overhead lights that were linked to the light switches, it was challenging at times to find the table top lamp in the rooms. There is some wear throughout the home, due to it being rented often frequently, I assume, so perhaps a little upkeep in those areas might help. The convenience to the different parks was great and a stroller was available at the house which was extremely helpful when traveling with a little one. Come prepared with additional paper products (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.), if staying for more than a couple days. Nice, quiet neighborhood and spacious interior.

Good location and ideal for small families

We stayed here for 2 weeks (4 adults). There was just enough crockery etc for 4, but the villa size was adequate. When we arrived there was rubbish left in the back garden and the wardrobe doors were not operable as they would not remain on their runners. There was no inventory or condition statement (something we have had in other places we have stayed). This was brought to the attention of the maintenance manager but at the point of leaving the wardrobe doors were still not fixed, we had to dispose of the leftover rubbish (after 2 days) and we were informed that there was no requirement for an inventory ?

However, all this is small things. The location is ideal for access to Disney parks and the many shops and eateries that Kissimmee has to offer. We would still consider staying at this villa again on our next visit.
