Welcome to Conch Club 11! Dive with turtles, rays and more species of fish than you can imagine! Snorkel from the beach, a kayak or a boat. Fly fish for bones, tarpon or snapper inshore. Fish for tuna, mahi-mahi or wahoo just 5 minutes away in the open sea. Walk the beach for hours without meeting another person. Bike to nearby restaurants or bird watching outposts. Relax in a hammock under a palapa just steps from the ocean.
Our main level has the laundry, kitchen, dining area, 1/2 bath and living room. We love to cook but think that it should be easy. You will find a full complement of dishes, utensils and serving dishes. All of our appliances have recently been replaced and upgraded. There is a small supply of basic spices for guests to use or to add to.
If you prefer to eat out we have an island guidebook directing you to all of the local restaurants and grocery delivery services. To help preserve the environment we provide reusable grocery totes.
We don't charge extra for airport transfers and we have no additional cleaning fees.
The upper level has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The large master bedroom has an amazingly comfortable king size bed and 2 lounging chairs and an attached full bath. It has an ocean facing, newly rebuilt, balcony with patio furniture.
The 2nd bedroom finds a queen bed and a lounge chair with large windows facing the Red Footed Booby nature preserve. It has a private, attached full bath.
Need more space? We can accommodate larger groups by placing you in adjacent 2 and 3 bedroom units in our same building.
We have 2 new beach cruiser bikes, labeled 'Conch Club 11' for your use. They are stored on the ocean side patio and each has a lock. Please keep them locked at all times because bikes tend to go missing. The secret combination for the locks is in the information packet that you will find upon check-in. You also have complimentary use of the owners' association bikes. They are older beach cruisers and are available on a 1st come-1st serve basis.
We have 2 'sit in' kayaks labeled 'Conch Club 11' for your use. The paddles and life jackets are stored inside near the living room. Please be careful not to leave the kayaks too near the water's edge as the tide sometimes rises quickly. You also have complimentary access to the 'sit-on' kayaks from our property association which are the yellow and green kayaks stored under the pool deck. 'Sit-in' and 'sit-on' are very different as the styles of kayak handle differently. For those of you unfamiliar with kayaking, you will probably be more comfortable with the 'sit-on' style.
Fresh water on Little Cayman is produced through a combination of rain water collection and purchased reverse osmosis water. In addition we have a whole-house 1 micron filter for additional water purity so bottled water is no longer a necessity.
There are charcoal BBQ grills available on the property.
We have wireless DSL internet service, Dish Network satellite television and complimentary airport transfers. We have many little extras like iPod docks, iPod to auxiliary cords and binoculars. We now have Apple TV for ease of viewing your photos and videos on the television in the living room. If you want to view Netflix, or other services, on Apple TV be sure to bring your username and password.
There is a long-distance calling block on our phones. Local calls, including to Cayman Brac and Grand Cayman, are allowed. You will need an international long-distance calling card to phone other countries. Cayman cell phone service is GSM so any CDMI phones will probably not work but Skype is always available on the internet.
There are 2 pools and 1 hot tub located on the property. Please be aware that there is no lifeguard on duty.
Conch Club Divers is the valet-style, on-site dive shop to assist you with all of your dive and snorkel trips and needs.
Since purchasing our unit we have replaced all of the furniture, bedding, linens, appliances and kitchen supplies. Updating and adding new items are an ongoing project. We also have just completed an exterior refurbishing of both the upper balcony and the lower patio including new tile, railings and paint.
You will want to bring sunscreen and other sun protection such as hats, sunglasses and SPF rated clothing. Water shoes or beach shoes are recommended for wading in turtle grass or hiking on the iron shore. We provide basics like paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap and bath soap.

Winters can be brutal living in northern Minnesota with temperatures that reach -45 degrees F each year. The consistent warmth and solitude keeps us coming back to Little Cayman.
Rebecca purchased this condo in 2006
We looked for a vacation property in many places but kept coming back to Little Cayman. It has the perfect mix of diving (for me), fishing (for my husband), and nature oriented activities (for all of our non-diving/non-fishing friends).
This island is one of the few places left where you can walk a beach for hours and never meet another person. You can truly call this a private paradise!
We had a terrific time. Great condo with everything you could need. Provided bikes and kyacks. Pool was wonderful and beach just spectacular.
We only have high recommendations about our accommodations and service.!!!
shared the week with family and was amazing. all the comforts of being at home. Great community and met some wonderful people. The condo is truly well thought out and had everything you would want available in a vacation rental. Great view every morning from the upstairs balcony and the stars were amazing. Thanks for sharing.
The condominium is well appointed and clean. It's a two bedroom unit with a pull out sofa in the living room. Everything worked well. Internet speeds varied quit a bit and interrupted movies sometimes, but that's island life. Power went out a couple of times as well. But if you like remote island life, Little Cayman is great. This was our first time here and we will be back.
The interaction with the owner through VRBO was excellent and she offered many suggestions about what to bring. We ended up bringing quite a bit of meat, cheese, and dry cereal. The single grocery store on the island is expensive. $10 US for a box of cereal. Everything has a barge tax associated with it. Bring booze if you drink alcohol (1 liter limit) as that's expensive as well. What we brought reduced our overall cost of staying here.
Conch Club Divers provided us with excellent and safe service. They are top-notch and make the diving enjoyable. For winter time, it is usually windy here. We did get two consecutive days of no wind which allowed access to different dive sites than normal for this time of year. Most people on the boat were repeat customers and that says it most of all.
Not much to do topside on the island. There's a nice museum staffed by wonderful docents. Riding the condo bikes was unique (we have high end road bikes back home). My wife had to learn how to use coaster brakes all over again! But riding down to the store or doing a 5 mile loop was fun.
Little Cayman is not for people was want to see shopping and night life. There isn't any. But if you like a healthy underwater marine park to snorkel and dive in, this is the place.
Conch Club Condos are located in the "urban" area of the island. Easy walking or riding to resorts next door. On New Years Eve, most of the Condos were full with owners and we met three wonderful families that night. We got a lot of local advice and really felt welcomed.
Overall, this was an outstanding vacation. If you don't need an all-inclusive resort and are willing to bring some food and do a little cooking, then the Conch Club Condos are an excellent choice.
We cannot say enough about our experience; it was perfect for 2 couples...plenty of space and comfort. The condo is conveniently located for a short walk to LC Beach resort for a lunch at the beach bar or dinner at Southern Cross Club. Jan was helpful with 4 bicycles so we were able to make a 5 minute ride each morning to Reef Divers at LC Beach resort and they were top notch. We peddled to the point (a hardy ride), to the grocery store and the Hungry Iguana for playoffs as the TV at the condo didn't get ESPN but did get other basic channels.
Jan was prompt to answer questions and respond to needs. We appreciated the mid week cleaning!! While we didn't indulge in the kayaks but more "hammock time" after diving, they were available. The view is hard to beat and cocktails on the dock were beautiful.
Jan, thank you for the tips on how to freeze meats and bringing food into LC. Also, the tip to shop at Fosters before our flight to LC is the way to go!
(Folks need to know that they charge by box and weight so bigger boxes are cheaper.)
All appliances are new and the washer/dryer is a standard size vs a mini. Our advice is bring fewer clothes and more food, dive, fish and relax! Thanks again Jan!!
This was truly a vacation of a lifetime for myself and my family. Our vacation was wonderful from the moment we arrived. The staff picked us up promptly at the airport and stopped by the local grocery store so we could pick up all our supplies on the way to the condo. The condo itself is breathtaking, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The 2 bedroom unit accommodated us perfectly, we had 3 adults, 1 teenager and 1 child. The views are obviously the best part of the condo. The location was wonderful. There was absolute privacy and the sea life was better than I have ever seen in my many years of snorkeling and scuba diving even right in front of the condo. We saw shark pups (a dream come true for me), eagle rays, nurse sharks and of course many fishes. The kayaks and bikes really added to the fun and convenience of the trip. The dive staff was absolutely wonderful. I really appreciate how professional and caring they were with my young daughter. All in all I recommend this condo and location to anyone considering a trip to Little Cayman. We stayed in late July to early August 2013.
I’ve recommended this place to everyone I know! You really can go hours without seeing anyone, it’s almost eerie sometimes! Conch Club divers were easy to reach with a quick phone call to get snorkel gear, and the sound in front of the condo is so calm it’s like snorkeling in your own big swimming pool but with barracuda, and HUGE stingrays, and lots of other fish and fun creatures to watch moving around. Be careful walking through the turtle grass, my sister got stung by something. It was mild but distracting. The property is very clean, roomy and comfortable, and the appliances look brand new. The pool bar at Little Cayman beach resort is an easy walk and is yummy and pleasant even though it was swarmed with Packers fans (NFC championship game-day), but Seattle beat them so it’s all good. I would have liked to see the birds up close, if that is even possible. It was great to just look out the back window and get a better view than the ‘viewpoint’ though. I would go back here in a heartbeat!
