Feel our warm welcome to the new Barcelona Beachfront , in the city center safest area at this elegant apartment with top decoration, terrace, parking, high quality wifi and air conditioning, with the best communications.

This apartment is continously renovated, and the best place to have your holiday or business travel to Barcelona. We started holiday rentals last year, so please read the reviews and discover why in such a short time we have such a success!.

It is simple: The owner, David, is and explendid Cicerone, he meets everybody and takes the necessary time (sometimes two hours!!) in explaining everything about the city, city surroundings, apartment area, restaurants, supermarkets, prepared food, where to go, how to buy tickets...Not only that, he even comes personally to check if you are ok during your stay, or need suplementary information, and might even take you to a surprise route in or out of Barcelona, if he has time (he does it very often!!!). This is a surprise and not always possible, and don't usually appear in the reviews made by guests, by owners request not to make it a duty.

This 80 square m (900 sq ft) two bedroom and one bathroom apartment is decorated with the best pieces, and located at the Barcelona 21st century Front Marítim-Diagonal Mar Quarter, in an astonishing building designed by famous architect Ricardo Bofill.

This high-class apartment includes all details you can imagine, and you only have to cross the street to be in the sand of the beach or at the promenade, and also has the best communications, with bus just crossing the street, hop-on off bus at 30 meters, and underground stops only three blocks away in same street!.

Literally surrounded by bars, restaurants with all ranges of prices, supermarket, prepare food groceries...including the barcelona high school for cooking just in front.

Discover how the owner meets you personally and gives you his advices on what to visit at the area and the city based on his wide experience in top luxury hotel business!.

You can enjoy the lovely 'plaça prim barcelona', 'rambla poblenou', museums like 'museu blau' or 'museu can framis' in the area, as well as the biggest shopping mall in the city 'Diagonal Mar', with a big 'Wal-mart-like' inside, as well as all the shopping you might desire, as the area combines contemporary design like 'torre agbar' or 'diagonal 00' buildings and classic architecture.

You also get the best communications within the city, with bus stopping just in front, and underground station “Selva de Mar” only three blocks away, with which in example gothic quarter is reached in only 12-14 minutes, but you also have the relax of this less stressing and safer area, the promenade, the beach, in a brand new quarter with all the services close by.

You will receive a complementary bottle of wine on arrival, water bottle (although tap water can be drunk), juice.

The kitchen comes with dining area, and as well you have a table in the dining room and in the terrace

Complete kitchen with dish washer machine, washing machine, independent dryer, toaster, juicer, kettle/boiler, microwave, oven, iron and board.

Everything is top-branded and made in aluminium.

The building has an elevator that comunicates the street and the garden with children playground with both the apartment and the parking.

You also have a study in main room.

This is an apartment only for couples, families, and serious/senior people: No partying!!

Everything that appear in the photographs except jewelery is included.

Sea Elegance was a very nice unit with great access to the beach and transport. Easy access to the underground train. David was good to deal with and responsive. The kitchen is well equipped and we were impressed by David's thoughtfulness. We stayed for 5 days and found the local amenities such as food and groceries were close and convenient.

We couldn't have wished for more.

We booked the apartment at the last minute BUT were VERY impressed with the response from David the owner and even more impressed when we arrived. David was there to meet us and then spent over an hour showing us where everything was and explaining all the methods of transport from the apartment and where to go and what to see.

The apartment itself had EVERYTHING you could wish for in the way of electrical goods and on top of that David provided tea, coffee, milk, butter, jam, a full bowl of fruit and 2 bottles of wine.

David was amazingly passionate about Barcelona and was as good a host one could wish for. We would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to friends and family and when we will hopefully return to Barcelona next year we will DEFINITELY be staying here again

Home away from home!

We are an Irish couple age range 73---79 years!

We rented David's apartment for two weeks in September 2016.

We were met by David on arrival. He gave us a passionate account of the area,and Barcelona City.He is truly a Catalonian in love with his corner of Spain!

The apartment was so well situated beside the Hop on Bus and general City bus,3blocks from the Metro --walking minutes to a beautiful beach---these were all the reasons why we chose this apartment --Location --Location!

David was very kind and so helpful and texted us if there was any ongoing celebrations in the area e.g. Fireworks or Festivals.

The apRtment was so,cosy and extremely well equipped --top of the range Fridge/Freezer,oven,dishwasher,washing machine,dryer,very clean.

Towels(lots of them) beach towels,beach umbrellas,shopping trolley---could ramble on!----everything is supplied by the owner.

Beds so comfortable,and air conditioning brilliant.

We had a wonderful holiday and made a new friend in David and hope to keep in touch and go back sometime again.

Good base for Barcelona Experience

The apartment is well located for exploring Barcelona with the metro just three blocks away and a great way to get around the city. Generally very comfortable although we did find the beds not so comfortable.

Also some good local eating places which we used as too tired after a day's exploring to travel further.

The apartment is air conditioned in each bedroom and lounge which was great and it is stocked with everything you need including basics in the kitchen for cooking.

David stocked up with fruit, milk water and wine which was a bonus.

David was a friendly helpful host and very responsive when we had a problem.

A Great Place to Visit Barcelona

This apartment is located in the new Barcelona area, a stone's throw from the beach, restaurants and the metro-we especially liked the restaurant across the street.

The abode is on the second floor of apartment building with an excellent elevator; this two bedroom with bath apartment is air conditioned with WIFI; it features a kitchen with all new appliances,a living room with two sofas and a new television; there is also a balcony overlooking a park area.

David was very helpful in our two week sojourn pointing out places to visit and where to dine.

All in all,we highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Barcelona

An apartment and a new friend

It is difficult to do justice in a written review as to how great this place is. The apartment is beautiful and comfortable, only a few minutes from the beach and less than a 10 minute walk from the metro that takes your directly to almost any place you want to go in twenty minutes or less (it is an excellent line for seeing all of the tourist places). David has thought of everything in the apartment - separate air conditioning units in each room, fully stocked kitchen (including treats and wine for arrival), TV with both satellite and cable as well as DVDs, super comfortable beds and bedding, washer, dryer, dishwasher, ironing board, etc., etc. However, the big plus to this apartment is David himself. He spent a good 2.5 hours showing us the apartment, going over tourist sights and making recommendations for restaurants. He was super responsive if we needed anything - very quick to get back to us via email or text message and went above and beyond in every way. This is easily one of the best vacation rentals I have been fortunate enough to find.
