Luxury Vacationing 101: All one needs to know for a lesson in elegance and beachfront living at its finest is to step into San Remo Unit 101. As soon as you step into the unit, you will notice a special attention to detail which lets our guests know that we were anticipating their arrival. Recently redecorated with lovely natural fabrics, soft beach colors, and artwork to reflect the ocean and its surroundings, you will know immediately that you have chosen the most beautiful and comfortable beachfront condo available!

This corner unit was formerly the developer's unit at the San Remo Gulf-Front Condominium, which was completed in 2004. Unit 101 is a roomy 2,100 square foot unit lending itself not only to an abundance of natural light from the large windows and sliding glass doors, but also to having plenty of room for family and friends.

A wrap-around porch embraces the unit's three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. With a bunk bed in the rear, king bed in the master bedroom, queen bed in the oceanfront bedroom, and two twin beds in the rear bedroom, the unit comfortably sleeps 8 people. Enjoy fantastic views from the, kitchen, and large and comfortable living room. The master bedroom has a large and comfortable bathroom with dual vanity sinks, an oversized whirlpool tub, and a large walk-in shower. Each guest bedroom has an en suite bathroom with combination shower/tub.

In Unit 101, every cook can be a master chef in a well laid out kitchen that features granite countertops, updated appliances, and plenty of storage. An island offers additional space and storage, as does a pantry for dry goods. A large dining table for seating up to six and three additional seats at the kitchen countertop allows for a fun and enjoyable dining experience.

Last, but not least, a large laundry room ensures that you will never have to leave your beachfront haven for anything!

If you do decide to leave the beach, there is a variety of great restaurants and shopping up and down 30-A in Rosemary and Seaside, not to mention 18 miles of bike and jogging trails.

You are only 5-10 minutes from Rosemary and Seaside with their own unique shops, restaurants, and other attractions. You are about a 20 minute drive from Destin, where you can have fun at the various restaurants, shops, theme parks, and other attractions. In short, you are near everything!

You are about a 45-60 minute drive from the Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP) in Panama City, FL. The airport has direct flights from Baltimore, MD, Orlando, FL, Nashville, TN, Dallas Love Field, and Houston-Hobby, TX via Southwest Airlines. Delta also provides service to ECP from Atlanta, GA.

The Northwest Florida Regional Airport (VPS) near Fort Walton Beach, FL, is about a hour's drive away. VPS has service from DFW Airport via American Eagle; Atlanta via Delta; Houston-Intercontinental Airport via United Express; and Charlotte, NC and DCA Airport via US Airways Express.

Great condo, the owner is so easy to work with and wants to make sure you are setup and ready to relax. Weather was great, amenities are great, location is great. Close enough to Destin If you want to go that direction, far enough away if you don't want to compete for a place in the sand or a chair by the pool. Can't wait for next time!

Absolutely Breathtaking! 5 Stars!!

The Condo was Absolutely Gorgeous. It was like walking into a Designer Home Magazine, Professionally Decorated but with all the comfort of home and Extremely Clean. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed. The owner, Susan is Precious. You couldn't ask for a nicer and more accommodating owner to rent from. We totally fell in love with the Condo, Private Beach and everything about 30A. It's a short drive to Miramar, Destin , the outlets and tons of restaurants. We hope to make this our yearly vacation spot for many years to come. ❤️

Never Disappointed in San Remo 101

Our family has been vacationing in this unit for several years now. We have never been disappointed with the accommodations and area on 30A. Our family of 6 adults and 4 children are comfortable in what we consider our "home away from home" for a week at the beach! You will too!

Beautiful condo on the beach!

I can't say enough about this beautiful place! It is extremely clean on the inside with a huge living space and more than enough room for 4 adults, 2 kids. The outside is beautifully maintained with a heated pool and only steps from the white sand beach. The owner is SO easy to work with and responds within moments of contacting her if you have questions. Great location-walkable to Gulf Place and only 10 min to Sandestin or Seaside. We will definitely visit again! Thanks for a great trip!

Absolutely Luxurious!

Only stay here if you enjoy being in the lap of luxury and want to feel well cared for! We have been coming to Santa Rosa Beach for about 7 years at least once and sometimes twice a year and have always stayed somewhere different trying to find that ‘one place’ where we would want to come back year after year… and now we’ve found it! The condo is spacious and comfortably but elegantly furnished with all the stylish extras as well as the necessities. In other words, it has it all! The bedrooms are all havens of rest with private bathrooms, televisions, plenty of lamps and beautiful bedding. Even the small bunk area has a TV! The master bath is huge with large shower and separate tub, and the master bedroom has a sitting area. We had plenty of linens, and the kitchen was well outfitted (and we cooked several times.) The appliances are very nice, and the laundry area is large with enough space for a drying rack. Whether we were inside or out in the fabulous pool/spa area or on the beach, we felt relaxed and pampered. The view of the gulf is wonderful--great way to start the day or to watch a sunset. The owner is a pleasure and very considerate. This condo is truly furnished like a home, and we felt blessed to have been able to stay there. Thanks for allowing us to share your ‘second home’ and taking such good care of us!

AMAZING CONDO!!! Felt like home & better than any luxury hotel

This condo is like no other condo you've stayed in before. It's more like a home that is beautifully decorated and comes with everything you need. Our family of 6 and grandparents stayed in this unit and we had PLENTY of room and never felt crowded. The owner is wonderful to work with and San Remo is a wonderful, private, family friendly complex that is right on the beach. A BIG plus is this unit is on the bottom level AND you can see and hear the ocean from your back porch. We will book again next year because you cannot find a unit like this at any of the other "popular" 30A neighborhoods. The pictures do NOT do this unit justice! A must book!

We chose Santa Rosa Beach because of its location and beauty! We love being close to Destin and Seaside, with the shops, restaurants and other attractions, but love the quiet and peaceful setting of Santa Rosa Beach.

What makes this condo unique

The first thing you will notice entering this first floor unit is all the windows which allows for an abundant amount of light and terrific views from just about every room. This is not your typical beach condo! You are close enough to a variety of terrific local restaurants and shopping areas, but tucked away from all the traffic. The beach, the sugar-white sand, and the emerald-green water is breathtaking. The view is spectacular. In addition, you have miles and miles of jogging and bike paths. All said....a perfect place to go for a nice and relaxing vacation! Hope you have fun in Santa Rosa Beach!
