Imagine being so close to the beach that you can see it from your balcony! Our recently painted luxury Royal Beach condo has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and is located on the beautiful beach of Wildwood Crest. A short elevator trip takes you down just 1 level to the heated ocean front pool and cabana. You are literally steps away from Wildwood Crest's FREE spacious, clean and well protected beach. For entertainment day and night, the world famous boardwalk is two miles to the north and fabulous Historic Cape May is just 6 miles to the South. You are just minutes away from everything. For more entertainment, Atlantic City is 45 miles to the north. The Wildwoods and Cape May have many excellent restaurants available with a wide variety of excellent foods for you to enjoy. From lobster to steaks to hamburgers to pizzas, there is something for everyone.

Our end-unit condo is spacious and bright with an open floor plan that comfortably sleeps 6 to 8. Our fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite kitchen countertops and stainless steel appliances has a 'counter high' table and seating for 8. The Living/Family Room boasts a wallmounted 42 inch flat screen TV with DVD player and stereo, sofa bed and love seat. The desk and chair are situated so that you can comfortably setup your computer and connect to FREE High Speed Wireless Internet Access or even better bring your laptop out to the balcony and enjoy the view morning, noon and night.

The Master Bedroom suite has a luxurious Queen bed with a pillowtop mattress, dresser, end tables, a 32 inch LCD wallmounted flat screen TV and a private bath with 5 shower heads. The Second Bedroom has a Queen size bed, dresser, and end table and wall mounted TV. The Third bedroom has twin beds, dresser and end table and is equipped with a 19 inch LCD TV with built in DVD player and easy to reach hookups for gaming. The huge main bathroom is fully tiled with plenty of room to dry wet bathing suits and towels. The laundry room has a full sized washer and dryer.

Our Balcony has a table and 4 chairs with access thru the Family/Living Room and the Master Bedroom. The outdoor community pool is open, with restrictions. 2 FREE covered designated parking spaces and, best of all, access to an amazing beach that is always FREE of charge.

Wonderful week with Family

We had a fun filled week with the whole family. The condo had great amenities and the owners Kim and Doug were very responsive and helpful. The location couldn’t have been better- just a short block to the beach and to the beautiful bayside, coffee/breakfast spots and even a playground/splash pad for the kids. We are very happy with our stay and would recommend to all.

Another great vacation in Wildwood, NJ

This is our second year staying at this condo. With close proximity to the ocean, we find that it is an ideal place for our grandchildren. The condo has plenty of room for people to have their own space. The kitchen is very well equipped. It is great to have a washer and dryer in the unit too. Our Royal Beach condo on the beach in Wildwood Crest is incredible. We especially enjoy having breakfast on the balcony. The ocean and beach view is simply amazing. You can hear the soothing sounds of the ocean especially in the evening when all is quiet.

Why they chose this property

We have always heard that the three most important things are: 'location, location, location' and now we know why. This location in Wildwood Crest is quiet and yet only a few minutes from the Wildwood Boardwalk and Historic Cape May. There are so many excellent restaurants nearby to enjoy as well. Being so close to the beach is truly wonderful. Our children love it here as much as we do. There is something for everyone.

What makes this property unique

We furnished our condo for our guests and so far the reviews have been fabulous. We hope to make our guests as comfortable as we want to be wherever we go. The end-unit gives us and you extra windows that make it sunny and bright. We think you will love it here.
