It was my first house in Barcelona where I was very happy, I started to know Barcelona from there. I think it's a really good apartment from where my customers can go easily to the main city sites due to it's adequate central location.
It is a quiet place in the middle of Barcelona. It's very well communicated and you can walk to the main places. It's very close to the Barcelona's fair. There's a quality restaurant crossing the street, but there are many more recommended restaurants around. If you like cooking there's the Ninot market and specials shops like Jamonísimo near by. It takes only 15 minutes to the airport by a taxi or an airport bus.
Nice apartment in a good part of town. Enjoyed the bakery across the street and loved the private balcony to see the city.

We stayed in this apartment in late May 2016. It was a wonderful find in the Eixample neighborhood of Barcelona. The apartment is located on the top floor (5th) of a building with an elevator. The apartment came with fast wifi and had a/c. It's in very nice condition (exactly as pictured), with a well stocked kitchen and hardwood floors. The bathroom is big by European standards, with lots of storage. The apartment has access to a shared terrace which was a perfect place to enjoy tapas and a glass of wine at sunset. The washing machine is located in a small building on the terrace as well and there is a clothesline for drying. The owner was very gracious and made us feel welcome.
The apartment is 15 minutes from the airport by taxi, a 10 minute walk to the high speed train station, 5 min walk to a good sized market and surrounded by charming neighborhood restaurants. We walked each day to the major city attractions, typically 30-45 mins. The Metro is close by as well, but we never used it, preferring to walk/taxi places instead.
This was a great find. Highly recommend. We'd definitely stay there again!
We wanted to stay in Barcelona for a longer break to immerse ourselves. We decided on a 7 nights stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable and convenient. Close to local groceries, bakeries and restaurants. It was a good base from which to get around Barcelona. I would certainly holiday this way again.
We were greeted personally and were made to feel welcome by Fidel on arrival. Prompt and very easy to communicate with. He was very accommodating to a change in our timetable, thank you once again Fidel.

We had seven nights stay in this apartment. It's conveniently located with various shops and restaurants around. You get to experience high quality true local life instead of super touristic aspects in the very center area. There's a metro station Rocafort nearby about 7 minutes walk. Within three stations you will reach most center area in Barcelona. Overall the location is very convenient and safe. There are many good restaurants around, with a very famous one just across the street but you need to reserve 2-3 weeks ahead. There are also some supermarkets and good bakeries where you can get variety of things to eat in the apartment if tired of eating out. One of best trendy Tapas restaurant is within 10 minutes walk. The apartment is quite spacious for European city standard, perfect for 4-5 people. Owner Fidel is very helpful to provide tips and info especially on nice foods around. He also responds promptly to your question and needs.
The train station Sants is 15 minutes walk away and it's easy to get tickets for day trip to nearby city like Girona.
We have a very comfortable stay in Fidel's apartment and this area.
The apartment is very close to the Barcelona's Fair.
