The condo has sweeping ocean views from den and master bedroom balcony. It has four bedrooms, three baths to include a king in the master bedroom with a private bathroom/Jacuzzi, a second master/king with a private en suite bath. The third bedroom, also a king has room for a cot and the fourth bedroom has two plush XL twins also with room for a cot or crib. Those rooms have a Jack/Jill shared bath with entry ways from both bedrooms. There are also 2 cots available at no extra cost.
The kitchen is completely equipped and user-friendly and seats 10 inside and four outside on the oceanfront balcony. All needed amenities are there to cook family meals or you can walk a short 1/2 block for your choice of restaurants.
This Non-Smoking condo is spacious and comes with all the little extras so you don’t have to pack too much! For instance, there are family games, beach cooler, beach toys and chairs, boogie boards, dvds, multiple flatscreen TVs in all four bedrooms and den with cable in two rooms and Roku tv’s in all others.
For your comfort you will find high quality mattresses and bedding (all true down although other bedding options are provided in the tops of the closets for those allergic to soft down). Many pillow options are located in each room ranging from down to foam to bamboo. Soft or firm, the choice is yours!
There are two nice swimming pools on the property fronting the ocean and surrounded by plush grass. Watch teens swim at pool from your balcony or watch on the lush grass where they can throw frisbees etc...
This gated condo has off street covered and non-covered parking. Only guests can use the amenities. Two parking spots come with the unit. There is nearby city parking. Or, on Saturdays during the high season the villas has extra parking spots which are sold for the week by the parking lot attendants for a small fee but on a first come basis.
There are many golf courses nearby including world class Kiawah and Wild Dunes. There is also a municipal golf course ten minutes away and historic Charleston is literally a 20 minute car ride.
In the Charleston area there are many activities to include viewing the Battery, the Market, Rainbow Row, The Hunley submarine, the Yorktown, Fort Sumter, Dock Street Theater, the Aquarium, the Maritime Center, horse and carriage rides, and much more.
The start of the Civil war was in Charleston, thus there are many historic sites as well as museums and many antebellum homes and gardens.
There are multiple elevators on the property and our unit is on the first floor so there is fast access from those willing to climb a single flight of stairs. Our condo is also very close to the elevators and all four bedrooms are on a single level so it is a nice place for the elderly or those with small children.
All linens will be placed on your beds and plenty of towels and beach towels are provided as well. Also, all duvets. Towels and linens are white...and that’s how you will know they are clean! The owners of this condo pride themselves on cleanliness as the reviews prove.
This condo is mere steps from the Center Street shopping, dining, parasailing, fishing at the pier (pole rentals $5), bicycles, surf rentals, and much more. You cannot go wrong with the location of this home away from home and considering the updated nature of this unit and added comforts and extras, you should agree that this unit is heads above the rest in this large and well loved complex. We feel sure you will agree that it is a gem!
