April 15-22 SPECIAL $1500 plus tax for full week

Imagine leaving your shoes in the condo and being just steps from the soft white sands of Siesta Beach, rated the number one beach in the US. No roads to cross!!

Imagine living in a fully furnished two bedroom two bath condo in an intimate complex located directly on the beach.

Imagine everything you need (shopping, dining, groceries, entertainment, boat, kayak and bike rentals) less than one city block from your front door.

Imagine a fully equipped granite countered kitchen, free covered parking, free WiFi and large flat screen TVs.

All this and more await you in our fully remodeled 5th floor condo in the 50-unit Sea Shell complex.


In order to provide the best service to guests, all reservations are turned over to the on-site staff at Sea Shell. Billing and reservation paperwork is handled by Dawn or Rachele after I provide them with your information and rate. This process assures that the guest has full access to the Sea Shell staff if any questions arise before, during or after their stay. I feel this is much preferable to using an off-site manager.


Age: A guest must be 25 years of age to make a reservation. An adult must be staying in the condo with any younger persons.

Rent: Full rent is due upon arrival. We accept cash, check, travelers check, MasterCard, Visa and Discover. Sorry, American Express not accepted

Deposit: $300 security deposit is required to confirm your reservation ($600 for rentals of 14 days or more). This deposit is not applied to the rent. It will be returned 15-30 days after departure.

Cancellation: A full deposit refund requires 60-day written notice so the unit may be rented. A $75 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations. Special rules apply during a mandatory hurricane evacuation order: If there is a tropical storm or hurricane with a mandatory evacuation order given, refunds will be given for unusable rental days due to the evacuation order.

Not allowed: Pets, motor homes, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, boats, Skates, rollerblades or skateboards. No Smoking allowed in unit. Covered parking will not accommodate tall vehicles. Other parking is available.

Linen Service: Towels and linens are provided. Fresh towels are available for additional fee. Coin laundry is provided. Beach towels are provided

About Steve

We are 'Snow Birds', spending winters on Siesta Key, enjoying the fantastic white sand and the proximity to great restaurants and activities. We grew up in Iowa, and still spend summers along the Mississippi River.

The property is very clean and well equipped. Communication was great. Sea Shell personnel were friendly and helpful. Not one problem. I can't say enough about the location. We loved being able to walk to the beach, several restaurants, a drug store, grocery store and a convenience store, souvenir shops, and a great clothing store. The beach is amazing. Sand is snow white and powdery. Great beach for walking and shelling. Perfect get away. Thanks.

Charming, comfortable and location location location!

If you're looking for a charming, comfortable, condo in a perfect, quiet, convenient location with comfy beds, extremely clean, beautiful bathrooms, and a well equipped kitchen this is your unit! The decor is beautiful. You just might find Captain John and Sailor Stevie on the beach. No kidding, these are great figurines in the unit with twins who enjoy this beautiful part of the beach.

The owners were extremely nice to works with and I received a return call within minutes of my inquiry. The staff at Sea Shell is amazing, especially Rachele.

There's a great grocery store across the street. Coconuts Boutique provides beautiful clothing at affordable prices, love Jim and his staff. Be sure to check out the outlet behind Captain Curt's. And definitely eat at CC's. And the tiki bar next door. Best chowder in the world!

Best of all. Location Location Location!! Only 5 stories, 2 elevators and shopping carts to easily cart your luggage, groceries, etc. to the unit and beach. Great chaise lounges, no need to haul beach chairs. The unit had plenty of beach toys and towels as well as umbrellas. And it's gated, from the street and beach. I hope you don't book the dates I want as I am definitely returning.

Thanks for sharing your condo with us. We had a wonderful time and didn't want to leave. I plan to book again for the same dates next year if not before!! Obviously!!

Great end of summer family vacation!

Myself, wife and two teenage daughters had an amazing time at this condo. We were thrilled to see how nicely decorated and new the condo looked, as well as the overall size of the location as well. The front desk staff was very helpful in giving restuarant recommendations as well as the check in process was quick and easy. So many great shops and locations within walking distance. Point of rocks is a close walk, and the snorkeling was amazing! We definitely will look to book again in 2017! Thanks so much!!!

Great vacation!

My husband and our 2 college age daughters so enjoyed staying in this very comfy and so nicely furnished condominium during our vacation to Siesta Key. We reserved the grill 2 evenings and that went great and saved us a lot of money. Walt's Fish Camp was very reasonable priced for dinner as well. Publix grocery store has a delicious key lime pie for $6.99. If you arrive after hours, the gate code is written on the outside of the envelope in their drop box. We did not see it so thought we'd share that tip. We will definitely return to this property, hopefully yearly!! Absolutely LOVED it, you will not be disappointed!! Thanks to the owners for sharing their paradise home with us!! Blessings upon you both!!

Friends ...more like family!

We recently had the privilege of staying in your beautiful condo over the July 4th holiday. It was 4 adults and 2 babies under 2 and everything was simply amazing. We had plenty of room for everyone, all the beach amenities we could ask for , including chairs, umbrellas, toys and towels. Ample kitchen equipment to cook our meals and plenty of space to sit and have our meals together. The beach was so close and loved the covered parking spot... The car seat for our daughter was always nice and cool without the hot sun beating down on it. Overall, the we had a wonderful time together and are already planning next years trip! Thank you for allowing us to stay at your condo and to create some wonderful lasting memories together. See you next year!

Beautiful white sand

My husband and I along with my brother stayed at sea shell for three weeks this year...it's was our second time staying here...wish we could have stayed longer...there are lots of things to do and places to visit...the front desk was very helpful ...the apt was very clean and comfortable...the kitchen could use a steamer...but other then that I would recommend this condo ...everything is so close by...
