Perfect way to spend 3 weeks!
This was the first time we used HomeAway so obviously before we began the holiday we had some reservations about what to expect, what if the accommodation was not there etc...
I can say the communication with the person renting the property was amazing! Speedy responses and exceptionally polite.
The price for the property worked out only £10 more a night than renting a hotel room. This worked out exceptionally good value as the property consisted of a kitchen, 2 bathrooms (both with showers) 2 Bedrooms and a living room that had a nice TV and also unlimited Wifi.
No towels were required as they were supplied and it was even great to see other essentials such as all kitchen equipment, loo roll and washing up liquid (there was even shower gel & soap).
The images posted here do not give the actual scale of the rooms but i can honestly for three weeks the four of us never felt like we were in each others pockets!
I had no trouble parking, as there is a dedicated parking space for the flat.
We visited all the theme parks and malls during our stay and everything regestered on the sat nav as no more than 20 mins away! (except for Busch Gdns 1.5 hours)
We walked around the complex and found the pool but did not use it as we were just too busy, but it looked lovely and quiet!
Would i recommend staying here? YES I WOULD! If we are return back to Florida I would gladly stay here again.
VERDICT
It was in the perfect location, communication with rentor was excellent, it was like a home from home... in fact you would say it was HomeAway.
