This 2000 square foot unit has 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. The full floor to ceiling sliding glass doors open to a large 40 foot tiled balcony. Covered parking is provided just steps away from the elevator.

Tired of the crowds? You will be conveniently located right in the heart of Destin, yet able to avoid the crowds because of this privately gated property. Most importantly, you will have an abundance of beach because of the wide area of beach that Oceania is built on. Having one of the largest square foot of beach per unit in Destin, you will truly appreciate Oceania's beach.

This unit has a 46' LCD TV and DVD in the Living Area with an additional TV and DVD in each bedroom. The kitchen and bathrooms have been recently updated with new granite counter tops, cabinets and new appliances with double sink vanities in the master and 2nd bathroom.

Incredibly beautiful condo and view of the most breathtaking beach with serenity and comfort

We visited from Maryland and couldn't have been more thrilled with our stay ! The view from every angle of unit 203 is stunning - especially from the balcony. We watched dolphins every morning with coffee on the balcony. The decor beautiful, comfortable and very, very clean. We loved the white soft as silk sand and the crystal clear water was unreal. The Harborwalk activities only a short drive away as well as plenty of shopping. This unit is perfect! The Holbrooks were very responsive and available within the hour when needed. Can't say enough about how impressed we were- hope to be back !!

Perfect Beach Condo

We were delighted with this unit. We have stayed at Oceania many times and this is one of the nicest units available to rent. The owner is wonderful to work with and everything about our trip was perfect. Highly recommend!!!

Absolutely Perfect Beach Vacation

This was our 4th year staying in this unit. The accomodations for this unit have always been perfect but with the recent remodel, it took this unit to another level of perfection. The new paint colors and comfortable furniture made this stay a relaxing and soothing vacation. Thanks for an awesome week!
