This platinum rated property offers “the best in Park City” with high end finishes, easy access to the lift and downtown area and resort amenities that truly pamper guests. Silver Star is one of the premier locations in Park City as it is the newest development with ski-in, ski-out access to Park City Ski Resort.

This custom built 4-bedroom/6-bath luxury townhouse is nearly 4,000 sq ft and offers panoramic views of Park City Ski Resort. Mountain style architecture with rustic appointments and rough-beamed timbers compliment the natural surroundings. This home features custom finish work, stainless steel Viking appliances, alder cabinets, slab granite counters, wood floors, 2 stone gas fireplaces, an 8 person private hot tub and a two car garage.

There are 2 separate living spaces, a great room area with a 60” flat screen HDTV and gas stone fireplace and the lower level theater room with a 50” flat screen HDTV (a fantastic “movie haven” for kids and adults) and gas stone fireplace. The gourmet kitchen is perfect for casual entertaining as it has an open floor plan from the kitchen to the great room to the dining area. The kitchen has a 6 burner stove, bar counter seating for 4 and a dining table that seats up to 10 guests.

The Silver Star Chairlift is just above the complex and the closest access is via the funicular private gondola (just around the corner from this townhouse). The Silver Star triple chairlift provides seasonal access to and from all the ski runs at Park City Mountain Resort and is the quickest way to the best upper mountain and back bowl skiing.

The village complex offers guests a fitness room, year round outdoor pool with common hot tub, ski/snowboard rental shop, coffee shop and public shuttle bus access. We have a professional house manager to take care of your personal needs, access to a private restaurant and spa as well as discount lift tickets, transportation, ski valet service and local area information to make this a hassle free vacation for guests. The Silver Star Courtesy Shuttle is available to take all Silver Star guests anywhere in the Park City or Deer Valley area – no need to rent a car. This complimentary shuttle makes it easy to get to the base at Park City Mountain Resort for ski school (or Deer Valley) as well as shopping, dining and entertainment on Main Street.

Great choice for large groups

We had a great stay at the Silver King Condo. This home was very nice and the owners did a great job of providing items we would need on our stay. We had 3 families with 6 kids (4 older teens). The older boys took over the downstairs. This became their cave. They had a great bunk room and plenty of room to laugh and get loud without bother the others upstairs. The kitchen was well stocked with everything required to fix meals. We fixed breakfast every morning for the group - eggs, bacon, pancakes, etc with no problem. We also fixed dinner a few times and used the grill outside once. Everything worked like a charm!

We had plenty of towels, etc.

We also used the hot tub everyday! The hot tub was maintained beautifully. It was clean and the water was clean and clear. At other places (in the past) we have had hot tub issues, not here. It was great!

The management group did a great job assisting us with a few issues. The shuttle service was awesome. They were there quickly and sooner than they said they would be. We had rented 3 SUVs but did not use them very much. The shuttle was easier.

One note: make yourself familiar EARLY with the funicular gondola. The ski lockers are there and there is really easy access to the hill. We didn't and ended up not using it that much until the end. The ski access is blue ....... just make sure you ski to it the first day and see if it works for you. I believe it will work for most.

We were all very pleased with the unit and would definitely return.
