After a day of exploring the sights and sounds of Central Florida, retreat through the winding palm-lined road that leads you to the Resort entrance into a prelude of community grandeur. At this gated community you will be greeted by a friendly gate guard that opens the gate to your world of fun and relaxation.

Explore the clubhouse where its pool and spa beckons you for a refreshing swim or relaxation by the pool. My beautifully decorated town home is ideally located near the gate entrance by the clubhouse and pool. This is an end unit, with a king size master suite with balcony, one full size bedroom, one room with 2 single beds and a queen size sleeper sofa and wireless internet. This unit can be rented as a four bedroom at a slightly higher rental rate. The price quoted is for the three bedroom option. The location of this unit is perfect and just where you want to be.


Living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen with all needed appliances including refrigerator with water filter and ice maker, a laundry room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Home Amenities: wireless internet, central heat/air three TVs, cable, DVD player, VCR, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator/w ice maker, all small appliances, hairdryer, cooking utensils, dishes, and linens.

My Name is Patrice originally from Florida, married a Servicemen he retired and made New York our home. I have never lost my love for Florida and our vacation home at Emerald Island Resort was a perfect match. I worked as a Bank Manager now retired with two adult sons living in the area.

I choose this property because it was in a place that I loved, 'Florida ' Orlando is Magical and my first visit to Emerald Island Resort, the location, close to all Disney attractions. shopping and restaurants. The tropical setting with lined palm trees leading to the gate, the dolphin fountains, and landscape was like out of a movie. it was a beautiful site to see. My mind was made up at that point. and when I saw the rest of the property and amenities, the Clubhouse, Pool, spa, tennis court, and the layout of the Townhouse I knew I had to buy this unit. Every time I go there to stay I love it even more, and I want other guest to share in the experience of this wonderful place to vacation.

What makes this townhome unique

what I love about my unit is it is very close to the Club House and pool, but not too close that you hear the pool noise. but you are close to the gate entrance. The unit is located in a cul-de sac and parking is great. the open plan in the living area of the unit is great, And with the blinds open in the living area, it gives you the feeling of being outside.

the unit is very spacious, with a patio of the kitchen.

you get a true feeling of home when you are there.

This end unit townhome can be rented as a three or a four bedroom. There is an additional Master suite with 2 queen beds with full bath and private entrance. When requested this locked section can be opened to accommodate this option at a slightly higher rate. The location within the resort is a perfect location near the clubhouse and all the imenities. You can look at the clubhouse from the living room. Your close to the entrance. .

This townhouse is perfect for two couples or a family. The grounds of Emerald Island Resort are meticulously landscaped and the clubhouse personnel are super friendly and helpful. It is an easy ride to Disney yet it is set off in a quiet and serene location. I highly recommend this condo and Emerald Island in general.

Great Time at the Townhouse

My family of 4 had a very nice stay at this townhouse. It was clean and had everything we needed. It's also within walking distance to the clubhouse, which is convenient if you want to go swimming. Emerald Island is a very nice resort that is close to lots of places to eat and shop. It's also very close to Disney.

Fantastic place to stay!

We had a very relaxing time while staying at the town home. There were a few minor concerns that were fixed immediately! Patrice addressed it and double checked with us to see that everything was going well! I truly appreciate that kind of service! I would recommend and will return myself on my next visit! If grades were given I would give the place a A++!
