We always loved the Fabulous Florida Keys, back in 1980 we found the lot that suited our likes later we developed it and put the house of our dreams and have been dreaming ever since. The sunrises are spectacular not to mention the moon rise.
The Owner purchased this house in 1980
IT DOES NOT GET ANY BETTER THAN THIS

Juan, we had a GREAT time. Thank you for keeping the weather nice while we were there and thank you for the great accommodations.
We will definitely consider doing it again next year.
We stay at the house for 2 weeks and we have a 22' boat we launch near the house. We had no problem to dock the boat, no problem to get out and in the canal despite the low tide and the rocks on each sides. Resident put long PVC post along the rock so if you're a ordinary boater it's easy. We enjoy the the privacy, the nice pool, the big deck on the ocean, the breeze and the breath taking view of the ocean. The house is beautiful with a lot of space for 6 people. We enjoy meeting Juan when we arrived, he give us some pointers to make our stay a good one. Thanks a lot.
We recently spent a fabulous week at Paradisepoint, will like to mention, we book the property before the "not for boaters" review was posted, needless to say we became concerned and called Juan to clarify. Juan assured us that (as he put it) there were many inaccuracies in the review, he did confirm the state of the road as well as no turn around on the property with a trailer, he suggested if we had a problem backing up to launch the boat (22' Grady White) before arriving, which we did. He also mentioned the "not for boaters" reviewer did not put their boat in the water, and commented how could they arrive at the issues reported.
Again we had a great time and the weather cooperated during our stay.
to sum it up:
The view: spectacular
The venue: private, gated, very quiet (away from traffic noise on US1), close to restaurants, shops, attractions, etc
The house: clean and comfortable, with open floor plan, three balconies
We really had a good time enjoy our stay and are happy to say we did not encounter any of the issues mentioned in the "not for boaters" review, we will definitely be back, and do recommend it. Our rating 5+ stars
We visit the keys often and have rented just about everywhere. Six of us stayed the week and had a great time. We really liked the location. The pictures do not do the view justice. It is near everything and is accessible by water even when the seas are rough. I brought my 23' Aeon and it was well protected when the winds were blowing 30k one afternoon. The slip was good and sturdy (concrete) and the tie downs were more than adequate. If you can throw a cast net there will be no reason to buy bait. The channel even had a little light on it so you could see it after sunset. The house was very clean and the bedrooms were good sized. The pool and yard were very nice and well kept. They raked the little pebbles in the yard like the resorts do which was a nice touch. I'll admit to being a little apprehensive after reading the one bad review ( I don't agree with it at all). We will be staying here again soon and we highly recommend it.
We stayed at Paradise Point for a week , we brought our 20 ft whaler with us . We drove down dirt road with big pot holes to arrive at dead end with no place on property to turn around with trailer . We had to back out all the way to street and leave boat trailer on the highway after we launched the boat at nearby pay ramp . We drove the boat to dock at the house . The channel coming into house had only 2 feet of water and submerged rocks on south side, north side had rocks also but where marked and visible at low tide , the dock had only one cleat to tie off the boat . Plastic PVC pipe is lower than rub rail at high tide . The house it self is dated and not very well maintained had to fill pool everyday with water , pool man said has been leaking for months, even the hand held skimmer had a big hole , this place is not worth the money , we would have much preferred to stay at a place where there is adequate depth and proper docking and kept up better. Sorry Juan but we wanted to advise other boaters before they were disappointed as we were.
Wonderful location at Paradise Point. Truthfully? Everything was fine. Beautiful view and adequate conveniences. We asked owner to provide beach towels and he was very accommodating. Enjoyed the gated privacy. It was quiet and relaxing. Sorry we didn't see the manatees others have witnessed. Some of the amenities could be updated...but otherwise, it was a great stay. We would definitely suggest Paradise Point. Being on the keys is isolating in itself as far activities go. Little bit of a hike to dinner compared to what we are used to. But that's life in the keys. Would we recommend Paradise Point? Absolutely! Juan is a great "landlord".
We stayed at Juan's place for one week and it was amazing. There were 5 of us, my wife and I, our son and his wife, and our 24 yr old daughter. The location of this house and the ocean views are what make it so special and relaxing. There are views from everywhere. Just wake up, make some coffee, look out at the ocean, and decide if you want to make a few casts! We fished everyday and caught many small baraccuda everyday, a mixed bag of other fish (ladyfish, mangrove snapper, etc), and a 10lb snook. The small pool and lounge chairs are perfectly positioned to enjoy the ocean view, read a book, watch for marine life as the tide runs out. We had several manatee come and go in the canal next to the house too. The interior of the house is very clean, the beds are comfortable, and it is ideal for a family gathering. There is nothing fancy about the interior of the house but everything you need is there. We are definately heading back soon. Our highlights were the Morada Bay Full Moon Party, and fishing in Everglades National Park.
