This roomy, 1056 square foot, second floor, Non-Smoking Condominium with private entrance and screened Lanai overlooks private pool and is a short walk to beautiful South Beach.

Kitchen has new refridgerator and oven as of 2013. The Master Bedroom has recently been redecorated with new carpet, paint, new furniture and features a queen-size bed and large walk-in closet, private full bathroom, and access to the Lanai. The Second Bedroom has also recently been redecorated with new carpet and paint and has two twins, plenty of closet space, and access to a separate Full Bathroom.

Living room has plenty of seating area with a new full sleeper sofa, new flat screen TV, DVD, and CD/AM/FM/Stereo player with speakers. Condo has wireless internet connections. Dining area with chairs and table are located directly off the fully-equipped, modern, and spacious kitchen. All linens provided. Washer and dryer in condo. Beach Equipment (chairs and umbrella and carrier) also included.

2nd Rental

Our 2nd rental of this condo. We went with another couple and we stayed for a week. Perfect location and walking distance to the beach and also to a boat launch and dock. The pool area and with tables and chairs is the perfect place to relax with friends. Steve the owner is very easy to work with and pleasant. Also great to have use of the beach chairs in the storage closet. A perfect visit.

clean unit, close to beach, great value

My wife and younger kids (x3) stayed in this condo for 4 nights and had a wonderful time. The condo is clean and well stocked with what you will need (towels, linens, cookware, dishes). With one trip to the grocery for consumables (paper towels, food, etc.), we were all set for our vacation. The condo has a reasonably short list of very clear instructions (for everything from trash and the AC to wifi and laundry) that make arrival and departure easier for everyone. The beach is very close. Parking is right at the private steps to the 2nd floor unit. During our stay, others in the building were very quiet at night. It's a great place and very reasonably priced compared to other properties on the island.

Very affordable rental near the beach

This rental is an older unit, very quiet low density complex, walking distance to South Beach. Nice space, very comfortable lanai for morning coffee or afternoon reading, heated pool was the perfect cooling off spot. Steve was great to work with - very responsive and personable! Having rented many condos all over the coast over the last couple of decades, it was very refreshing to find one that actually had extra supplies - dish soap, detergent, toilet paper, paper plates, coffee filters, etc! And the neighbors, mostly owners, were very pleasant and friendly! We had beautiful warm weather and a relaxing week!

Awesome visit!

Guest bathroom didn't have any towel rods so need to put one in so can hang up towels and master bathroom toilet was very slow in flushing but did go down. Dryer vent was full of kings so we clean it out good. Otherwise it was very nice loved island! Thank you so much!

Wonderul unit close to the beach!

I would definitely rent here again. The unit was very nice and spacious plus it is just a short walk to the South beach access. I would highly recommend this property.
