This roomy, 1056 square foot, second floor, Non-Smoking Condominium with private entrance and screened Lanai overlooks private pool and is a short walk to beautiful South Beach.

Kitchen has new refridgerator and oven as of 2013. The Master Bedroom has recently been redecorated with new carpet, paint, new furniture and features a queen-size bed and large walk-in closet, private full bathroom, and access to the Lanai. The Second Bedroom has also recently been redecorated with new carpet and paint and has two twins, plenty of closet space, and access to a separate Full Bathroom.

Living room has plenty of seating area with a new full sleeper sofa, new flat screen TV, DVD, and CD/AM/FM/Stereo player with speakers. Condo has wireless internet connections. Dining area with chairs and table are located directly off the fully-equipped, modern, and spacious kitchen. All linens provided. Washer and dryer in condo. Beach Equipment (chairs and umbrella and carrier) also included.

Why The Owner chose Marco Island

Most condo's on island are in complexes with as many as 50 or more units. Seabury only has 13 units which means lots of room in the pool and Tiki hut area, often times without anyone else around.

2nd Rental

Our 2nd rental of this condo. We went with another couple and we stayed for a week. Perfect location and walking distance to the beach and also to a boat launch and dock. The pool area and with tables and chairs is the perfect place to relax with friends. Steve the owner is very easy to work with and pleasant. Also great to have use of the beach chairs in the storage closet. A perfect visit.

Perfect stay on Marco Island

The condo was very well equipped with everything you need for a perfect vacation. The location was great — 7 minute walk to beach or 20 minutes to the restaurants and movies. Nice to be away from the busy areas. Two story condo with relaxing pool and tiki hut to get out of the sun. Beach cart and chairs made the trips to the beach great. Enjoyed having coffee each morning on comfortable lanai furniture. Overall, excellent value.

Clean, comfortable, and well situated

This lovely property is located just down the street from the beach. The pool, bbq, and grounds are equally clean and convenient. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Dated, smells

Smelled really yucky, bought some cleaning products and that helped with the rest of our stay!

Owner's Response: Guest had final instructions to contact me (owner) if there were any issues. Never heard from him because we could have rectified the issue immediately with our cleaning staff. We are all about customer service and disappointed I found out about this issue for first time in the review.
