Here you will find memories to last a lifetime!

This very charming and spacious 6 bedroom, 3 full bath home with lots of Montauk memorabilia is located 3 houses in from Sound Avenue and the Block Island Sound. There is an outdoor shower and a hanging bench swing, a sitting area around a stone fire pit in the backyard and an additional sitting/ lounge area on the side of house and on second floor deck. Walk to waterfront restaurants, bars, markets and shops, charters, party boats and ferry and only a 5 minute drive to Ocean beaches. There is so much to do and experience in Montauk! Please view the Montauk Chamber of Commerce web-site for lots of information.

Knotty cedar second floor great room with high ceiling open rafters and a wood-burning fire place, 50' plasma HDTV with blu-ray player, large denim sectional, and a table with chairs is open to the charming kitchen with a breakfast bar. Three sets of sliders open out to a spacious wrap-around furnished deck with a propane grill, staircase and safety gate.

The upper hallway leads to a laundry center, linen closet, hall closet, hall full bath, -and 3 bedrooms:

Master bedroom with an additional private bath and a 32' LCD HDTV and DVD player, a second bedroom with a full size bed, and a third bedroom with a twin size bed.

Main Side door and sliders open to first floor with rustic built-in cedar bar and bar bistro. There is a also a farmhouse dining table with chairs. Hallway leads to a full bath, linen closet, two bedrooms with queen beds, and one bedroom with 2 twin beds which can be hooked together to create a king bed.

(King Mattress pad and king bedding available.)

Other home amenities include; A Ductless Air Conditioning System, a 19' LCD HDTV with a DVD player , 42" LCD HDTV with a DVD player and a VHS player, phone line with 2 portable phones, wireless internet access and a stereo with CD carousel. Seven powerful overhead fans are in place- but are rarely needed due to the strong crosswinds experienced through our Anderson casement windows and sliders all throughout the house. There are also many portable oscillating fans about.

Montauk is undoubtedly one of the greatest vacation spots in the United States. It has something to offer everyone. The beaches and water sports, biking, horse-back riding & golfing, the restaurants, entertainment & nightlife are just a part of it all. The interesting nearby historical sites, the cooling breezes year round, and very close access to it all - put our house at the top of the most desirable rentals. My husband and I have always loved Montauk, as children and adults, and now our daughter has fallen in love with it as well. This is why we have chosen Montauk.
