A great place
My husband and I and our dog stayed here for three months, January through March in 2017. We highly recommend this property. It was super clean, with a well equipped kitchen and beautiful furnishings. The pictures do not do it justice. The bed in the master bedroom was super comfy. The bathroom is situated between the two downstairs bedrooms and each bedroom has its own entrance to it so it is easy to share. Kathy and Chelsea were very accommodating and as they work in an office attached to the house, they are readily available. Kathy answered my after hours texted questions within minutes. The house's location cannot be beat. We could easily walk to dozens of restaurants, bars and stores. We also enjoyed strolling through nearby beautiful neighborhoods. Our grandchildren loved visiting and walking down to the children's museum. Our dog was in doggie paradise; SLO is the most dog friendly city we have ever visited. When she wasn't snoozing in the sun on the patio, she was accompanying us to restaurants, running on the nearby beaches or hiking with us in the mountains.

Great house in great location
I stayed the full month of August in San Luis Obispo at this house and I had a fantastic time. Its a perfect location a block from downtown. I loved walking to all the restaurants and bars. Kathy and Chelsea also went out of their way to make sure my dog was cared for and comfortable. That really met a lot to me. I do plan on staying here again and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to stay in SLO.

Home sweet Home
While our household goods were in transit between Hawaii and Calgary we wanted a place to stay. This beautiful victorian home in the centre of San Luis Obispo was perfect for the month of July 2016. Everything we needed from frying pans to washing machines was provided in this home. The monthly rate fit well into our budget and we had always wanted to explore SLO town as the locals call it. We attended the Thursday Farmers Market, hiked Bishops Peak and went to the mid state fair in Paso Robles! Walking most times to yoga, shopping, restaurants, and even wine tasting. Parking in the courtyard was convenient and our privacy was maintained by the white picket fence surrounding the property. I have rented with VRBO over 50 times around the world and easily I can say this has been one of the most pleasant stays ever. Thank you Kathy and Chelsea! We'll be back.....

Lovely home, ideal location
My wife and two young girls (under 3) stayed at this home for almost 7 weeks when I landed a job in SLO. The location could not be any more ideal, its right around the corner from the Mission. The outdoor area was great for the kids playing, bbqing and having afternoon picnics or wine. I was able to ride a bike to work and there is plenty of space for parking bikes downstairs which is very convenient. The house itself is well appointed with 2 good sized rooms. The loft is off the master which was great for our purposes since we put our young daughter up there. The furniture is very nice and in most cases is antique. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this home for any stay in SLO.

Excellent location, excellent home, excellent host
My husband and I had a most delightful stay here last winter. The location is ideal, as it is possible to walk to everywhere in town, so with one rental car we could go our separate ways on some occasions. The house is very comfortable, with excellent beds, pleasing furniture, good lighting, responsive heat when needed, plenty of storage room for clothes, and a big enough table to have friends and family for dinner. We have family in town, so it was a perfect venue to have a lengthy visit, but still have a place of our own, such a good thing for family relationships! There is convenient and secure off-street parking. The owner and her assistant are very available for any questions or needs that might arise. Our best testimony is that we have already put a deposit down for next winter.
