About Pam McMahon
My husband grew up in Balbriggan and has maintained a strong fondness for his hometown. We have visited Balbriggan many times over the last 40 years with our children, in-laws and friends. My husband passed away in January of 2016 after a very long illness. Although he had not been able to visit his homeland for a long time, I frequently made the trip and renewed many long time friendships and recalled many wonderful times we had enjoyed together in Ireland.
Pam McMahon purchased this Townhouse in 1999
Why Pam McMahon chose Balbriggan
Balbriggan is my husband's hometown. Owning a townhome here has enabled us to frequently visit Balbriggan and see family and friends.
What makes this Townhouse unique
When we return to Balbriggan we enjoy going to the local pubs to see our old friends and experience the music and culture of a small Irish town.

Loved my stay in Balbriggan
This was my first experience with a service like VRBO and it was an excellent experience. Pam was very helpful with providing local information about things to do, how to get to Dublin, and history of the area. Great little town with very pleasant residents and nice places to eat, all within walking distance. We had the time of our lives in Ireland. This was a perfect pick for a perfect stay.
Great location walk to restaurants and Train Station
Only complaint was getting our clothes dry to start with had to run an extra spin cycle. Place was well suited for us
Comfortable and Convenient
The townhouse was very clean and comfortable. Pam was very attentive and communicative about our reservation and answered questions quickly. Balbriggan is not a tourist town, and that made it more charming. It was a very convenient location to get to the attractions in the Boyne Valley, to Drogheda, and to Dublin. It also appears to be close enough to Belfast for a day trip...maybe next time.
The bed in the master bedroom was extremely comfortable. THe living area is small but comfy, while the kitchen is big and roomy. It had everything we needed for the cooking that we did.
Very nice town house
We - mother and two Teenagers - stayed there for our summer holidays. We enjoyed it so much! We found everything we needed to cook our meals and to feel at home. The explanation and description of the facilities were very well arranged. We found everything according to the description.
The communication with Pam via email was friendly and uncomplicated.
We would like to come back one time.
Cozy and Convenient
This two bedroom, one bathroom house is full equipped with a nice kitchen and a comfy living area. It is located in Balbriggan which is a pleasant town. The house is close to a grocery store and is located just a few steps from the train that takes you right into the heart of Dublin.
Charming home close to the beach.
Great size home, close to the rail station 10 min walk. Extremely well stocked, everything you need is in the house. It's a 5 min walk to the beach.
Balbriggan has much to offer tourists. Safe sandy beaches, an operational harbor and lighthouse as well as the beautifully restored Ardgillan Castle set on 200 acres of rolling parklands, with access to beautiful rose and kitchen gardens. Nearby is the Balbriggan Golf Club, an 18 hole championship course with full bar and restaurant. There are also historical sites dating back from the 14th century at Balrothery, Bremore and Four Knocks. The fresh water lake at Balrothery offers great trout fishing. A tourist information office is located on Georges Square, the center of the town, which is steps from the townhome.
