****Notes about hurricane damage**** Although the building and the unit came through the hurricanes ok, the sea wall collapsed, allowing part of the pool and pool deck to collapse onto the beach below. Currently the pool and pool deck are closed. Also there is no access to the beach from the pool deck.

As of 4/4/2024, the public beach access next to the building is open, so you can go down the second floor parking garage ramp out to the beach. Please make sure you are ok with this before booking the unit. If you inquire about the unit we will give you updates. Because of this we will not be raising the rates as planned so the current low rate will remain in effect.

4/4/24 Update: We re-checked with building management and please expect the pool to be closed and other above damage to last all through 2024. Expect ongoing repairs, construction and level 1 parking garage off/on closures also. Please be aware of this and be okay with it BEFORE booking the unit.

Your jaw will drop when you open the door and get your first look at this newly remodeled condo! This unit has been completely redone. The pictures will show you the attention to detail put into this unit. The living area boasts a contemporary double size sleeper sofa which you will really appreciate when it comes time to chill out and watch the new 50in. flat screen TV. A new King Size bed will help you sleep and recharge after a fun-filled day at the beach. A fully equipped kitchen has all your essential supplies. Glassware, utensils, dishes, coffee maker, toaster etc. Not a small kitchenette but a full size kitchen has a full size refrigerator/freezer and 4 burner stove/oven plus a microwave.

Daytona Beach Club is located directly on the ocean. The unit is a side view studio unit. Enjoy both city view and ocean view from your private balcony from this 5th floor unit conveniently located next to the elevator. Walk right out to the beach. Please note that the washer and dryer are located right at the foot of the second elevator on the first floor. Within walking distance you can find movies, Main St. fishing pier, shopping and the Boardwalk amusement park. Disney World, Sea World and all of the famous Orlando attractions are only about one hour away. Other close-by attractions are the Kennedy Space Center and Old historic St. Augustine. Daytona Beach Club is 10 minutes away from the famous Daytona International Speedway and the Daytona Beach International Airport.

Please Note: Please keep in mind you are renting a unit in a building on the sandy beach in Florida. Sometimes one or two bugs get into the unit from the beach by 1.Beach Bag 2. Towels 3. On person 4. Balcony door left open. The building and the unit get regular pest control from a commercial company. While we do our best to try to stay on top of this, it is possible to see bugs on occasion. If this will bother you please don't rent this unit.
