About Cecelia Lucido and Anthony Lucido

Anthony and I retired in 2000, we owned a

Company called ' Salinas Cash Register Co' sold Point of Sale Equipment to all the restaurants in the Penninsula. We bought a large RV and did some traveling and we recently sold it and pretty much take small trips. We both love to golf and have beautiful courses in our area.

Cecelia Lucido and Anthony Lucido purchased this guest house in 1979

Why Cecelia Lucido and Anthony Lucido chose Mescal Corridor NW

We bought our home 30 some years ago and it had this small guest house way out in back. We thought one day we would tear it down and rebuild but it has a lot of charm and history, so we decided to remodel it for our family and friends when they come to visit the area.

What makes this guest house unique

Guesthouse sits far back from the street

With parking outside your door. Very quiet neighborhood.

Guestbook comments from the owner

Another Year at the Lucido Inn for us, we love the cozy loft and the red, white, and blue nautical decor. This year we explored Big Sur area and the estuary near Moss Landing, but Pt. Lobos and Carmel Beach are still our favorites attractions. You are truly blessed to live in such a beautiful location. Thanks for sharing it with us. Susan and Jorge

Amazing Experience!

  • 5 of 5

This was our first time staying at this home. And I assure you it will NOT be our last! What an amazing rustic little home. It was literally everything our family could have hoped for plus more! The owner even included free passes to the Aquarium and kid's museum, which my children LOVED! These tickets saved us SO much money!! Just so happy and hated having to come home!

Owner's Response: Hi Kami Happy you enjoyed your stay, we will need to thank the last guest for the Children Museum passes she left them for future guest, it was perfect since you were able to use them:) Cecelia

Can't Wait to Return

  • 5 of 5

What a wonderful little cottage! Every possible thing you might need for your stay is provided and then some! The kitchen is stocked with tons of cooking equipment, spices, tea, coffee, etc. We cooked all of our dinners in and saved lots of money. There is also a barbecue but we didn't use it. Quality is evident everywhere from the beautiful flooring, new carpet and COMFY beds! (Bring a sleep mask as there are clerestory windows that are not covered and the light will wake you up early.) The property is secluded and private and has a lovely deck with a table and chairs. And, did I mention the washer and dryer and aquarium passes? Cecelia is so helpful and nice and keeps the place immaculate. We will be back!

A very nice place to stay.

We stayed with our 2 children and really loved it. There was everything you need. Unfortunately we didn't had enough time for the aquarium and to ride the bikes.

Adorable loft

  • 4 of 5

We stayed 3 nights and it was perfect. They only reason I did not give 5 stars is because it has stairs. I have bad knees so it was hard on me, otherwise everything was perfect. The place it fully stocked with everything a person could need. Just bring your own food.

Outstanding- the highlight of our 5 week trip to CA.

  • 5 of 5

Absolutely wonderful. We loved it and wished we could have stayed longer. There were three of us and the size of the cottage was perfect. The kitchen was completely stocked and we chose to eat all our meals in the cottage because it was so charming. The aquarium passes were a blessing. We would go back in a heartbeat!
