Villa de Esperanza condos are on the right just past the Economy Inn and just 5 minutes from the center of Mesilla.

Dick and Marian Anderson-Las Cruces property owners since 1988. We live here year round in a home 10 min. from condo. Dick is a retired Air Force officer, plays bridge at local bridge club. Games avail. 7 day a week. Marian an interior designer, gardens and oil paints. We know how to set up a lovely, comfortable home for you. It will be 'white glove inspection clean-yes sir!! We want to retire in this condo one day--love the small city-friendly people-central location-close to desert & mountain trails--unusual restaurants--art galleries--3 mi. paved walking path beside the Rio Grande river. You have a feeling of being in a foreign country (Mexico) but here in the good old USA!
Beautiful new structure 2008, in our opinion the finest condo and amenities to be found in Las Cruces. Bedding is heavenly! And the atmosphere here is very quiet, you will occasionaly see a child with parents in the pool, but this is mainly an adult complex. So don't bring kids if they are expecting lots of playmates! We are on the local Roadrunner busline going about town; and so much is a 5- 15 min. walk from the condo that you could do without an auto if laying low is your objective. The Bean coffee shop bakery is a short walk. A Starbucks and Walmart on the bus line 1 mi. away. Winery /bistro next door. Watch the changing photos on this listing as we add features. We deem to please our guests as we like to be treated when we travel. Walk to restaurants and unique ltttle shops. Traffic is light, easy to get around.
We returned for our fourth stay at this wonderful apartment and it was almost like coming home as everything was to the same standard of excellence as on previous visits. And the weather was much warmer than forecast. So a very pleasant stay.
Very spacious and clean. This property served our needs. The Andersons were quick to respond and communicated in a timely fashion.
After a long day of travel we arrived at our home away from home to find a beautiful home with a few unexpected surprises. The owners went above and beyond to make sure our stay was amazing-from a partially stocked refrigerator and pantry to a chilled bottle of wine from a local winery. The location is perfect within walking distance to Old Mesilla Plaza, St Clair Winery and local shopping. We were also pleased that the complex is very quiet.
This Condo was perfect. We visited for the weekend and we drove from California to get Chili's. We instantly felt at home it was the perfect size and the beds were great just like home. We came a few munchies and our suitcases the unit came fully stocked it had everything we needed and more. There was seven of us staying in the Condo the bed's were comfy kitchen perfect size for our needs. There owners were very accommodating and it was effortless to gain entry. I would definitely recommend staying here and would return.
