Apartment centrally located within walking distance to all major tourist spots. In a trendy area full of restaurants, bars and museums. Enjoy our fully restored and refurnished art-nouveau 120m2- 1300 sq apartment in a 1904 building. Up to 6 people.

Sunny covered terrace, two balconies, floors of century-old mosaic, beautifully decorated high ceilings, antique wooden doors, 3 sitting areas and large and bright-soundproof windows. We have taken care of the smallest details in the design & decoration.

- 1 master room: 2 persons, large king size bed.

- 1 double room: 2 single beds that can be combined to 1 large bed with a mattress hotel topper for Extra comfort.

Why Ana chose Sant Antoni

We have carefully and fully renovated it. We designed and decorated this place in a mixed style of Art-Nouveau (restoring the original elements like ceilings, floors, doors, balconies,...), Contemporary design and State-of-the-art comfort.

It has the perfect location, it is in the city center but not in the crowd, it is in a nice, trendy and safe neighbourhood, close to where we also live. The building is an historic classified 1904 building, built in the first years of last century during Barcelona´s major city expansion. Although Barcelona has many Art- Nouveau buildings and apartments, it is not easy to find them in good conditions, bright, and with an elevator.

What makes this apartment unique

Spoil yourself in style in our 120m2- 1800sq apartment with floors of century-old mosaic, large and bright windows, beautifully decorated and high ceilings, old wooden doors, 3 sitting areas, typical Barcelona balconies and a sunny covered terrace with views to a quiet garden (there are even palm trees).

Really Nice!

What can I say, this apartment is in a really good location, it's clean, quite (with the windows closed) and the air conditioning works! Even the beds are nice a soft but not too soft.

We will be back!

Great apartment with everything you need in a wonderful location!

What a gorgeous apartment! Great location, great setup, and great views! The apartment was perfect. It was well stocked and had a very lovely style. Having a second bathroom was very handy for 4 women to get ready. There was a mix up on the arrival time but when I called the owner, she made every effort to fix it so that we were able to get in shortly after our arrival. There was construction in the downstairs apartment with constant banging during the day so that made it hard to enjoy the apartment during the day but this was only really a problem on the first day when we wanted to relax after being jet lagged. The rest of the days we were out of the house exploring the city during the day. Hopefully they will be done soon because this was otherwise the perfect apartment! We would definitely come back!

Modern Apartment/Great for Families

We found the apartment very spacious, clean and modern. We loved the high ceilings and beautiful tile floors throughout. The beds were comfortable and the apartment quiet.There was plenty of room for our 3 young adult children ages 18 - 21 and my husband and I. It was an ideal place to stay for a week near plenty of restaurants and easy access to taxi's and the metro. Walking distance to Placa Espanya, a main hub to anywhere you need to go in Barcelona via metro.

Wonderful apartment, outstanding hospitality!

Our family of five usually stays in apartments when we travel abroad, but this was by far the best experience we've had. We sent our arrival information to Anna, and she greeted us at the apartment and let us freshen up and drop our luggage, despite the cleaning person working to clean up from the previous guests. That gesture was much appreciated as we had just landed after an all-night flight!

Anna explained everything and gave us an extensive list of recommendations and directions for using the public transportation. She also left a wonderful list of restaurants in every neighborhood, which we perused and took to heart!

The apartment has every appliance necessary, and, most thankfully, air conditioning! The kitchen is nicely appointed, and we were able to eat breakfast each morning and several other meals there.

The location is superb -- very easy walk to Placa de Espanya and the Metro station, just two stops away from Sants Estacion and also a slightly (but very slight) longer walk to Rocafort. Within just a few blocks are really wonderful cafes, restaurants and tapas bars! We frequented the Mercadona market in the Arenas because two in our family have some specific dietary needs, but the 24-hour supermercat across the street was awesome for the basics!

This was such a wonderful base for us, and we all want to return. One of the highlights was eating at Casa Lucio, a wonderful Catalan restaurant nearby which Anna recommended. My husband called to try to make a reservation, but Lucio does not speak English, and my husband's Spanish is pretty broken. So we thought we could not get in. We asked Anna and Raf if they would be able to try to get us a reservation, and they did! The meal was one of the best we've ever had -- such an experience in and of itself!

Thank you, Anna and Raf, for your wonderful hospitality! We hope to return again some day!

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay! Location was great! Walking distance to metro, cafes/restaurants and sites near by, plus a supermercat across the street. It was helpful to be close to everything, especially traveling with our 22 month old and parents in laws. The apartment was clean, beautiful decorated, spacious and had everything we needed -- right to the baby tub for my son! Ana was quick to response with any questions and concerns. Wished the wifi connection was stronger in the bedrooms, but overall we highly recommend this apartment! Thank you for a great stay!
