Apartment centrally located within walking distance to all major tourist spots. In a trendy area full of restaurants, bars and museums. Enjoy our fully restored and refurnished art-nouveau 120m2- 1300 sq apartment in a 1904 building. Up to 6 people.

Sunny covered terrace, two balconies, floors of century-old mosaic, beautifully decorated high ceilings, antique wooden doors, 3 sitting areas and large and bright-soundproof windows. We have taken care of the smallest details in the design & decoration.

4 BEDROOMS (6 people):

- 1 master room: 2 persons, large king size bed.

- 1 double room: 2 single beds that can be combined to 1 large bed with a mattress hotel topper for Extra comfort.

- 1 single room: 1 bed.

- 1 expandable couch: in the library area, 1 person or 2 kids. (This is an open space area, without door separation).

- FAMILY FRIENDLY: Baby cod, baby linen, highchair, baby bath and safety socket plugs, provided upon request.


- Complimentary amenities: Bottle of Catalan Cava.

Why Ana chose Eixample

We have carefully and fully renovated it. We designed and decorated this place in a mixed style of Art-Nouveau (restoring the original elements like ceilings, floors, doors, balconies,...), Contemporary design and State-of-the-art comfort.

It has the perfect location, it is in the city center but not in the crowd, it is in a nice, trendy and safe neighbourhood, close to where we also live. The building is an historic classified 1904 building, built in the first years of last century during Barcelona´s major city expansion. Although Barcelona has many Art- Nouveau buildings and apartments, it is not easy to find them in good conditions, bright, and with an elevator.

Spoil yourself in style in our 120m2- 1800sq apartment with floors of century-old mosaic, large and bright windows, beautifully decorated and high ceilings, old wooden doors, 3 sitting areas, typical Barcelona balconies and a sunny covered terrace with views to a quiet garden (there are even palm trees).

We were very pleased with the place. We felt safe, secure, and enjoyed the convenient location.

Anna was very responsive and helpful in making arrangements and ensuring we were ready for our stay and touring in Barcelona. I was appreciative of the tips and recommendations she provided so well organized in PDFs.

The amenities (quality and comfort) in the home exceeded my expectations. It was well stocked with more than I expected and made our lives easy. We enjoyed the bakery and corner market across the street and had a 5 minute walk to the metro.

I definitely would recommend this home to anyone.

Second stay, hope to come back

Anna's place is perfectly located some 300m from Plaza Espanya - the airport bus stop, the fountains, the Arenas Mall, the Espanya metro station are all within some 4 minutes walk. Grocery stores & the bakery can be found within 100-200m, the little shop opened till late hours is just across the street. Located on the high 2nd floor (with elevator) the apartment is spacious, very clean & well maintained. WiFi, dishwasher, washing machine, towels, hairdryer, shower gel, etc. are provided. Can't comment on TV as I haven't switched it on - too many things to do to waste time on it :-)

Anna is a lovely, very responsive host ready to help with the issues like restaurant bookings & local advices. Her flexibility with the early check-in & late check out was great!

A little detail to be thought of in the future: the distance from the TV place where the router is located to the bedrooms is ca. 17m hence the WiFi signal is lost in the multiple, thick walls - possibly the stronger router with external antennas could be installed.

A great place to stay in Barcelona!

This apartment was very clean and modern. The neighborhood was quiet but had great restaurants and stores surrounding it. It was convenient for our family. The owners Ana and Raf were very helpful and made us a reservation at a great tapas restaurant. Felt like we were at home staying at their apartment. I would highly recommend this place. It was our first VRBO experience and it was great and would do it again!

Lovely Apartment!

We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed the apartment and the surrounding neighborhood. It is very close to the Espanya metro stop and las Arenas. We found it within walking distance to good restaurants but far enough away from the touristy areas. The apartment itself was very comfortable with nice common areas to relax together. The beds were the most comfortable we've ever slept on away from home. Overall we would definitely recommend this apartment to others and hope to return!
