The Admiral’s view has everything you’ll need: Luxurious accommodations, panoramic views from every floor, a private pool, a large backyard facing the ocean with turtle pond and bird sanctuary directly in front, and off street parking space for up to 6 vehicles. You are minutes away from many fine restaurants and attractions such as The Tybee Lighthouse and the famous North Beach Bar and Grill.
On the ground floor you’ll find the large 2 car garage and a covered patio complete with an outside shower, just perfect for rinsing off all the sand and salt from your day at the beach in which a complimentary beach cart is provided to carry all your beach gear. In the entertainment room (the 6th bedroom) there is plenty of space for everyone to relax and play, with a large high-definition TV, Bar, Pool table, queen sleeper sofa, and a twin sleeper, a private bath, and outside porch/sundeck and pool.
Take the elevator or stairs to the second floor and discover the impressive Master Bedroom Suite with King Bed and Jacuzzi bathroom with a separate large step in shower featuring dual shower heads. You will also find 2 more bedrooms a King and a Queen both with private baths on the second level. All the bedrooms are furnished with top of the line Sealy and Sterns & Foster mattresses and linens. The laundry room is located here as well, complete with washer, dryer and wash sink.
The third floor is great for entertaining! The spacious, open Granite Kitchen contains a wide variety of sleek appliances and kitchen gadgetry. The ocean view from this level is stunning and there is no better place to enjoy it than from the gorgeous over sized balcony. You can take advantage of the furnished gas grill, BBQ’ing with family and friends is a popular past time for locals and visitors alike. Loved the property! Beautiful views and close to everything. House had everything we needed for a relaxing few days away. The jetted tub was a plus after a long day of biking!

The house had enough bedrooms and bathrooms for our group, and a lovely view. I feel for the price of this rental, it was run down, had a poorly stocked kitchen ( there wasn't even a pot to make pasta!!!) We had to buy paper towels (only one roll provided) and had to ask for and go pickup garbage bags!!! We were a family of 8, and the pot situation, one of the smallest baking sheets I've ever seen, and a major lack of utensils. VERY disappointing!
We stayed in this very nicely decorated townhouse with two families and a total of 11. Its very comfortable for a group this size. Two of the older boys slept on the fold out couches in the pool room. The elevator was very helpful for running luggage and groceries up to the kitchen on the 3rd floor. This house is in a terrific location to watch ships come up the Savannah River and a short walk over a wooden bridge crossing the turtle pond leads to the beach. The lighthouse and North Beach Bar & Grill - a walk up beach bar with surprisingly good seafood - are within 3 blocks. The house is close enough to Savannah that we went every day, but we enjoyed biking, kayaking, deep sea fishing, jet skiing and many restaurants within two miles on Tybee Island. The only reason that you have to go into town is to find larger food stores (Kroger) and enjoy the beautiful walk from Forsyth Park through Savannah's many squares on Bull Street as you walk to the River. We will be back! Our only objection was that the local management company presented us with a contract with many new T&Cs at check-in, even though we had paid the rent in full in advance. The owners should have them present the contract at the time payment is due.
