Relax and enjoy yourself on the finest sugar sand beach on the Emerald Coast. Our unit is located on Okaloosa Island, in the Island Princess, and offers the finest in Gulf Coast accommodations.

Our unit is located on the second floor directly on the beach. You will enjoy the view and sound of the ocean from the master bedroom and living area. Unit 201 has easy access to both the stairs and the elevator. Parking is excellent , as you can drive to the second parking level and walk to your suite (no need for the elevator!!!) The unit has three bedrooms, each with its own private full bath, and its own cable TV. The unit contains a king-size, queen-size, and two twin beds. Pull out the queen-size sofa bed and the unit will sleep eight in comfort. The master bed has a four inch memory foam topper.

You choose your activity level. Being on Okaloosa Island we are out of the main flow of the traffic and the beaches are not crowded; yet, we are within minutes of practically any activity you could desire for yourself, the family, or the kids.

Seasonal Beach service of two chairs and one umbrella are included in the rate.

A security deposit is required to book the unit with the rental amount due 60 days before check in.

Both of our girls got head lice here, and they re

Owners are absolutely ridiculous. As soon as your card is charged they couldn't care less about you. Both of our little girls slept on the sleeper sofa and both got lice for the first time in their life. Of course when asked about it they said the everything had been bleached and cleaned top to bottom before we got there, which was also a lie because their was toys, boards, and a beach bag left in some of the closets from the last people there. TV in the living room also didn't work. Knobs constantly fall off the pantry and kitchen drawers, one of the closet doors is coming off the track, hot water doesn't stay on long enough to fill a tub halfway up, ceiling leaks in this unit and the one next to it (when maintaince was notified they looked at it for about 2 minutes and said let me know if it gets worse) and these people had the nerve to tell us we would not be getting our deposit back because they had to do excessive cleaning!!! Sure wish the would've done excessive cleaning before we got there maybe our little girls wouldn't have gotten lice. We did check out an hour late, however when the man came to clean he said it was absolutely no problem because he could see I was in the middle of vacuming and shaking the rugs out anyway, he said he would just grab a coffee and come back. He said he appreciated it because most people didn't even do that. So we swept up, emptied all trash, vacuumed, cleaned the tubs, made the beds, cleaned the counters and fridge, ran the dishwasher, even put the thermostat back where found it. Left it cleaner than when we got there. I get an email two days later saying they had to clean so long that it really costed them over what the deposit was so they would not be refunding me anything. They even took it a step further and two days later emailed me what it cost them to treat the condo for the lice! As if it was our responsability to treat the place for the lice they already had! We will never be staying here again or recomending this place to anyone, please spend your money elsewhere where owners will actually try to make your stay enjoyable and not rip you off like these people

Owner's Response: This diatribe certainly requires a response. On the fourth night of his five-night stay, I got an email from this guest stating: "Well we've loved the room and our stay so far but we just found out that both of our girls have got head lice” At that point, he blamed the condo for the lice The CDC states that head lice are spread by direct contact with the hair of an infested person. Spread by contact with clothing or other personal items used by an infested person is uncommon. On check out day, I had housekeeping and a steam cleaning company scheduled to decontaminate the condo. The guests did not leave until two and a half hours after check out time and left the condo in poor shape. In addition to the cost of the deep cleaning, I was also charged extra fees from both cleaning companies because they were not able to access the condo at the scheduled time. The condo was decontaminated which included steam cleaning all of the furniture, rugs, and the mattresses and replacing pillows. The cost far exceeded the damage deposit it was not refunded. The guest was very upset that the damage deposit was retained and promised to retaliate, which is what he has done. His claims are ridiculous.

Fantastic vacation with beautiful views!

We loved the condo at Island Princess owned by the Johnsons! The size of the 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo is perfect. The condo was nicely furnished and the kitchen equipped with everything you needed to prepare meals. The unit was very clean which is important to us. Location to great restaurants and shopping was a plus. Views of the beach and ocean were fabulous and we saw dolphins everyday during our visit! We would certainly book this condo again on Okaloosa!

Spacious

This unit is so spacious and comfortable my family really enjoyed it. We played games with all the different fish decor, they are so beautiful.

However, some of the furniture is too worn for my taste.
