We own several apartment in a unique vintage ArtDeco building in the heart of SoBe.
These apartments are outfitted with designer decor and high-end finishes, like Brazilian Cherry hardwood floors and travertine marble bathrooms. From the moment you enter you know you'll be taking on Miami in style. Put your favorite iPod playlist on the Bose, mix a cocktail in the fully appointed kitchen (complete with a dishwasher), then jump on the wifi to plan which five-star restaurant to hit.
Tucked back in the rear of the building, away from the hustle and bustle, is a spacious bedroom with an ensuite bath. Sink back and sleep soundly in the comfort of a king size Memory Foam mattress. While perfect for a romantic escape for two, the condo is well suited to host two couples or a family of four, with a living room sofa that doubles as a queen size bed (or two singles). Plus, with two flat screen TVs and full bathroom with glass-enclosed "rain" showers and marble tiling.
Spend your days soaking up sun by the beach (just two blocks away), then enjoy exclusive exclusive access to the pool and its patio for a drink.

This condo is modern, very comfortable and quiet. It has a private patio and a pool. We loved it.
Location is perfect for shopping (near Lincoln Rd and Ocean drive) and just steps away to the beach.
Great location, accomodation in the living room are not so confortamble. However our experience with battuta rentals is not so favorable, infact they make confusion and they refunded us as security deposit less than the agreed amount and in Canadian dollars, instead of USD.
We were thrilled when we stepped into this fabulous apartment in the Hudson, a very well maintained, quite and secure Art Deco gem with a private pool. This non-smoking spotlessly clean apartment is beautifully & comfortably furnished, 1 bedroom with 2 full bathrooms and a fully loaded kitchen. Beach & bath towels & linens are provided. Wireless Internet access is complimentary throughout the building & poolside. The addition of a private outdoor garden really made this property even more special.
LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!... two blocks to the beach, a block to Espanola Way for great dining, 2 blocks to Lincoln Road, Museums (Wolfsonian & WEAM), 24-hr. diners, Miami Beach Cinemateque, The LGBT Visitors Center, the Art Deco post office all within 5 blocks…and everything else South Beach is famous for is close at hand. All this just outside the door, yet the Hudson was a serine quiet oasis.
The folks at battutarentals, Karla & Lee-Anne were friendly and responsive to all our questions and requests. They were a pleasure to deal with.
Ultimately, this rental will be our home away from home whenever we choose to vacation in South Beach. Believe the photos…the apartment is as amazing as it looks. We will be back.
Stayed at this apartment during the middle 2 weeks of May and had a great time. Booking was very easy and the deposit refunded very quickly.
Great central location resulting in all that you need (shops, restaurants, bars, beach) just a short walk away. Nevertheless, it was always nice and quiet inside the apartment.
The apartment itself was very spacious, clean and well equipped with contemporary furnishings. Having 2 bathrooms was a definite plus.
Would definitely stay here again.

This location is ideal for beach access, shopping & restaurants (Lincoln Road, Española Way, Ocean Drive) and the clubs; yet it is strategically at a distance from the strip to be quiet & cozy. You absolutely do not need a car if you decide to stay in South beach, everything is within easy walking distance or a short cab ride.
We are situated only 2 blocks to the beach, Lincoln Road, Ocean Drive, Española Way & 3 blocks to the Convention Center - everything is within easy walking distance.
Like most period buildings in Miami Beach, we do not have dedicated parking; however, there are two public parking structures situated only 2 blocks away ($1 /h or $16 max /24h). Taxis are abundant, there is a South Beach municipal bus that only costs $0.25 per trip and car rental is available only 2 blocks away.
