About this property

You can celebrate Mardi Gras year round in the Three Sisters Villa. Parades and parties are available daily at the nearby Disney and Universal Studios. Fabulous food within minutes from your front door. You can always escape to the peace and quiet of your own hideaway with private pool.
Your journey from Orlando International Airport will take you approx 20 mins, en route you will pass many of the great attractions that Orlando has to offer, along with world renowned shopping and restaurants - the location of Terra Verde puts everything truly within your reach, making this a holiday to remember.

Our Villa is a luxury pool home with four bedrooms, tastefully decorated, fully air conditioned, providing a haven after those wonderful days at the parks, golf courses, fishing adventures or shopping experiences! It has a first floor queen master bedroom, upstairs there is a second master bedroom with a king size bed, the third bedroom has a queen size bed and fourth bedroom has twin beds so the villa can accommodate up to 8 guests comfortably. The living area is spacious with an open floor plan, including dining room, breakfast bar and kitchen. There is an outdoor sitting area on the lanai (pool deck)south facing, together with sun recliners. The villa property backs on to a peaceful conservation area and therefore is not overlooked from properties to the rear.

Located just off of Poinciana Blvd. There is a Super Walmart nearby for all your vacation needs.

Driving time to Disney is 8-10 minutes. To reach Disney you simply turn right out of the resort turn left onto 192 and it will take you straight to Disney.

Lovely family stay

This is a lovely villa in a fab location. It is well equipped for everything you need for a family holiday and the south facing pool area is perfect. The Clubhouse facilities are also a bonus.

The villa is located in a lovely complex, very quiet and peaceful. Ideally located for all the parks

This villa really is beautiful, plenty of parking and the staff at the gate and club house were very helpful. I booked this one as it has a downstairs bedroom and bathroom, ideal for my mother who uses a wheelchair, there is also steps into the pool with a rail so this made all the difference. The villa is very clean and comfortable, kitchen is equipped with all you would need for your stay plus a huge Walmart is literally 5 minutes round the corner so you can never be stuck. The location is ideal for getting to the parks, you have to hire a car, 15 minutes to Disney and half an hour to Universal, we liked that we go to all the hustle and bustle of Orlando but still have the tranquility of the villa and pool to get back to. Agnes was really lovely to deal with whilst booking, clear instructions and very easy to understand so there was no stress when it came to checking in or during our stay as there is a handy manual with all information you would need. The washing machine and dryer really helped with keeping towels fresh and holds a lot so perfect for families. The upstairs has 3 bedrooms (2 double and one with 2 single beds) with 2 bathrooms, this was great as myself and sister could have a bathroom each. I really wouldn't have any problems with booking this villa again in a heartbeat, it beat all my expectations and I'd happily go back tomorrow.

Property was exactly as advertised. This is my 3rd VRBO rental and they've all been spectacular. As a property owner, Agnes was on point, very communicative, and most importantly, I never saw her. A successful transaction is when a customer is satisfied, and the owner is never needed in my books.

Lovely property and convenient to all amenities

The rental was as described. Tons of amenities included within the gated community including the clubhouse, exercise room, pool, tiki bar, and mini golf. Rooms were cozy and the pool was extremely relaxing. Will definitely stay there again!!!
