Our 1850 square foot home has everything you need to enjoy every season in the Colorado Rockies. We are located in a private neighborhood, just three blocks from Main Street in Frisco with all the quaint shops and excellent restaurants. There are free shuttle buses with numerous stops so you may enjoy any of the neighboring resorts and towns.

We feel our privately owned home is the perfect vacation spot in both summer and winter. We have comfortable furnishings and all the amenities that will make you feel at home.

Our home is on two stories with one set of stairs. The main floor entry includes three bedrooms and two baths. Two of the bedrooms have king beds and are like master suites with their own bathrooms. The third bedroom has a queen bed and room for port-a-crib. The larger master bedroom has the functionality of additional sleeping with king bed, trundle day bed and pull out bed, TV with DVD and VCR. There is a unique kids/young adult bunk room with bunk beds and combination TV and DVD player. Free Wi-Fi. Optimum sleeping is 6 adults and 4 children. Washer/Dryer is located off the entry area. Our private 6-8 person hot tub is adjacent to our second deck area just steps away.

The upstairs great room includes living area, dining room, kitchen and bathroom. The large natural stone wood burning fireplace is the centerpiece of this area. A 40' flat screen TV with DVD, CD player, AM/FM receiver with iPod connection forms the entertainment center. Numerous games and books are available for your use. Our leather couch, loveseat and reclining chair complement the warm furnishings of the room. Large windows allow you to enjoy the beautiful views without stepping outside. From the large adjacent deck and patio area (15 ft by 25 feet) you will enjoy the vistas of four mountain peaks and smells of clean air and pines.

The BBQ grill and patio heater is located here for ease in either eating on the patio or in the dining room. Comfortable patio furniture and ample seating on the outside deck. The large dining room table seats eight comfortably. The kitchen is open to the family room and is fully equipped with all the accessories you will need. Ping pong table in garage. Our home is privately owned and managed by us and we are focused on having it clean and well maintained for you.

We purchased our mountain retreat with our son and daughter-in-law so we could spend quality time with them, our grandkids and our friends. This is such a great location and property to enjoy everything that the Colorado mountains have to offer. We want to share this unique opportunity with our renters as well. Come visit and we can help you and your family build a memorable vacation whether it be: biking, hiking, kayaking, golf, tennis, x-country/downhill skiing, snowshoeing, sledding, tubing ... you name it.

"WOW! This place was amazing and perfect for our stay in Colorado. The house was very inviting and the accommodations were perfect for our group of 5 adults and 2 children. Everything was just as promised by the owner and the location was perfect. We enjoyed the easy access to ski resorts, shopping and restaurants without all the traffic. Once finished with our activities for the day we enjoyed the quiet privacy that this house has to offer. From the minute we walked in the door we felt right at home and had everything we needed. The house has a unique set-up that allows for beautiful views while enjoying your family dinner or family games in the upstairs living room. We enjoyed every minute of our stay at this house and can't wait to visit again!

very good location in frisco

We stayed the week after Christmas 2015, weather very cold had plenty of firewood on hand, owners very responsive and laid back. Unit very enjoyable for family vacation and close to all Summit County ski areas.

We would come back to this unit every year.

Great Rental

I have rented this house twice now. It is an excellent value. It is much nicer than the pictures and it has a superb hot tub. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking which our group does each night. There is also plenty of parking. There is a water filtration system so the drinking water is great. Marc is easy to work with and responds to your needs.

This property is in a wonderful location, quiet neighborhood, beautiful lot, close to Main St. but you would not know it. The property is well cared for, comfortable, great amenities. The owners were easy to work with, very responsive to questions. The property is a wonderful value. We will return. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Perfect Family retreat in the Mountains

We found this place while we were planning a long weekend with friends (another family of four) from the Midwest. This turned out to be a perfect place for four adults and four kids! Close enough to downtown for a night out yet quiet at the house with plenty to entertain kids during the evenings. The owner (Dan) was very nice and super easy to work with, and we'd consider this for future vacations for sure. I'd recommend this place to any family or multiple families looking for a nice, comfortable vacation house close to downtown Frisco, multiple ski resorts and other parks and recreation opportunities in Summit County!

a skier's dream house

This is the perfect ski house in the perfect location. The furnishings were beautiful, the house is spacious, it has great natural light, a working fireplace, a huge hot tub, fully stocked kitchen, a nice gas grill and the list goes on. So close to Breck, Copper, Keystone, A-Basin and Vail. The owners were available and genuinely interested in making our stay the best possible. It's a short walk to Main St, along the massive walls of snow lining the road. Wouldn't change a thing.

Even better than advertised

My friends and I have been renting condos/homes in Frisco for 7 years and the Willow Lane house is by far the best property we've rented.

The house is set back from a very quiet street and also is well separated from neighboring homes. There's plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The upstairs kitchen/dining/living area is open and inviting. Each of the 6 adults in our group had their own beds. All of the furnishings are very high quality. The hot tub is massive and easily accommodated our entire group. Easy walk to Main Street.

...and then there are the unexpected bonuses...There was a working humidifier in each bedroom - great for those very dry, high altitude nights. The heated garage has a dart board and ping pong table. The owners were incredibly attentive - They called multiple times to make sure everything was going well with our visit.

The only (very minor) complaint from our group was the taste of the water. The house gets its water from a well. If this will bother you, bring plenty of bottled water.

I would highly recommend this property for Winter or Summer rental. The house would work well for a group of 6-8 adults or for 2-3 families.
