Pop on your skis or snowboard and you are literally just steps from the slopes! Enjoy yourself in this perfectly renovated townhome with 3 levels to be together and getaway! This slopside unit allows you to enjoy all 4 seasons comfortably! Sit on the deck and watch the leaves change or watch spring awaken. In the winter, enjoy being approximately 25 steps from the slopes and approximately 0.25 mi from Camelbeach in the summer. Just park your car and enjoy yourselves without having to leave your home! 3 queen size beds, one set of bunk beds and 1 tundrle bed allows a place for all of your guests. (Clean linens are provided.) Just bring your clothes and feel right at home in our home! With such a great location, your loved ones are all you need to create wonderful memories! We recently underwent massive renovations and we look forward to more next fall.

Welcome to Tannersville PA! With so much to do, you will wonder how you will ever find the time! As a guest of the Village at Camelback, you have the opportunity to enjoy all of the ammentities! Full indoor and outdoor tennis courts, basketball court, and indoor pool, jacuzzi, and sauna are less than 0.25 miles from your unit. Enjoy the weight room or sit in the quiet community room near the indoor pool and watch your children play through the glass enclosure. The community room and pool area has free wifi as well.

**Camelbeach is a quick walk (also less than 0.25 mi away). No need to go hunting for parking with this conveniently located unit! Camelbeach offers 37 slides and attractions! More family raft rides than any park in the Northeast. Either enjoy the pools, slides, real beach sand and the waterpark oasis or relax with a good book under of of their 31 cabanas on a comfy lounge chair. Book now and enjoy great summer fun savings.

**CBK Mountain Adventures at Camelback Mountain Resort is part of their new 3 million dollar expansion! Pump up your adrenaline with 6 tree top courses with 100+ aerial obstacles. Go for a ride on the fastest and longest zip line in North america- 4,000 feet of excitement. Coast through the trees on a 4,500 foot long coaster or play on the 9-hole disc golf mountain course. There's bungee, climbing wall and a freefall airbag for added excitement!

**During the winter months, enjoy Camelback snow sporks like skiing, snowboarding, or snowtubing! Take Flight gives you the chance to try any stunt you want on skis or snowboard and land safely on a 50 foot airbag! If you preper to stay on the ground, snow-tubing, skiing or snowboarding is your best bet! They offer private or group lessons as a Burton Learn to Ride center! Ages 4 and up; also offering adaptive lessons!

**New to snow sports? Don't worry! Their Discover Our Terrain (DOT) program will take you through the whole process of the rental process, finding your locker, a lesson and photos of your day! DOT will make sure your day runs as smoothly as possible and make your day better than you could have ever imagined! Check their website for updated rates and ski packages available.

**Did you forget something? Don't worry about that either! With over 100 outlet stores a few miles away, start your vacation with ease! The Crossings Premium Outlet is within a short ride and offers finer stores such as Ralph Lauren, BCBG, Brooks Brothers, Calvin Klein, Banana Republic, Juicy Couture, Michael Kors, J. Crew, Tommy Hilfiger, to name just a few! For a full list of stores, directions, and hours.

**Depending on what you're craving, there is a large list of places to go to eat! Barley Creek Brewing Company is located approximately 1.8 miles away! Summer offers bocceball, wiffleball, and a horseshoe pit with an outdoor bar. The restaurant is family friendly with great food and their own micro-brews to take home in a souvenir growler! Desaki is located less than 5 miles from your unit and has amazing sushi or full hibachi show at your table.

**But who needs to go out? Your unit has a nice sized kitchen with enough pots and pans if you choose to cook your own dinner and save some money. Weiss market is less than 5 miles away and offers a nice selection of higher end items without the higher-end pricetag! Our kitchen has almost anything you would need to cook a home cooked meal.

**Is the weather not cooperating with you? Yet again- no worries! Great Wolf Lodge is just minutes away as well with an 84 degree indoor water park! Or try your luck with live dealers at Mount Airy Casino! Treat yourself to a dry aged steak and a nice glass of wine at Red- a high end steakhouse with impeccable service and attention paid to every detail!

**If you decide to be our guest during the off season and would like to just get away during the fall to watch the foliage change and just relax? Maybe you will enjoy a day of horseback riding? Spacious and comfortable

The home was spacious and comfortable. We had a group of 8 people and were well supplied with sleeping space, towels, and sheets. The kitchen is well supplied and easy to work in. The bathrooms were wonderfully clean. Jeanna was wonderful to work with. We had an overall good stay and would stay there again.

Location was great but quality sleep was a no go!

The most important thing to me on a vacation or a getaway is a good night's rest, without that you're a zombie. The bed in the loft bedroom was extremely uncomfortable, my boyfriend and I actually slept on the floor rather than the springy bed. Other than that everything else was mediocre about this house, just a quick tip: Bring your own toilet paper, the bare necessities were not found readily available upon arrival. However there is a supermarket just a few miles away that's open 24 hours a day.

Great Family Home!

We really enjoyed our stay! The kids loved going to the pool and we had an awesome time at Camelbeach which was only about a minute away! We would definitely love to come back again!

Great location

Would be perfect for a ski getaway, just steps to the slopes. Also very close to indoor and outdoor water parks, zip line, mt coaster, tree top adventure. Had everything we needed for a great adult weekend get away

Nice weekend in the mountains

The house was conveniently located along the slope and close to Big Pocono State Park. The upward slope would be considered a little steep - I'd say in snowy conditions a 4 wheel drive would probably be necessary. Rooms were clean and linens were well supplied. We cooked a bit, and were glad to find that the full set of cookwares were available, including dishwashing liquid and seasoning. On the day of check-in there was a bit of hiccup for us due to the malfunctioning lock box, but now that it's been fixed I'm sure it won't be an issue anymore... One thing that can be improved is connection. The reception for ATT/Verizon/T-mobile turned out to be rather poor around this location, especially T-mobile, which was basically 'no service' all the time. Yet the house has no wifi nor cable (just limited local stations with low resolution).

Great Spot!

We had a great girls trip at this warm and inviting place! The place is clean and well kept and the location is super convenient. We do a lot of eating in while we are there and the kitchen works out well. Working with the owner of the property is great! Can't wait to come back again.

The pool, sauna, jacuzzi, weight room are all not in the unit but within a quarter mile from your unit. Dining guide and coupons are available in the Village at Camelback office (by the indoor pool) and also Barley Creek Brewery had a nice selection of guides. There is also an airconditioner in the livingroom.
