Outstanding Condo
Perfect location to Alpine Meadows. Well stocked, spotless, exceptional hosts who were outstanding communicators and extremely helpful. One of the nicest condo’s we have ever stayed in. I would most highly recommend this unit if you are visiting the area!

Great ski weekend!
This place is awesome! It's the perfect location for a ski trip to Palisades. It was spacious and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies to cook with. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. The information provided before checkin was thorough and covered basically everything. Checkin was seamless. We hope to stay here again!

Great Spot for Family Ski Trip
My in-laws and I stayed here in early January for a 4-day ski trip. The 3 bedrooms + loft fit us comfortably and it was nice that all bedrooms had an ensuite or adjacent bathroom. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a couple of meals, and there was ample bedding and pillows for everyone. Neighbors are quiet and there is a beautiful view of the river outside. One of the nice things about this property is that it's in the bounds of the Mountaineer shuttle, which took us to Alpine every morning to ski. The only small complaint we had was that the two downstais bedrooms got hot overnight. No big deal. Would recommend this condo for anyone looking to stay in the area!

Great stay in Tahoe!
Our group of friends stayed at this property for a weekend of snowboarding and attending the Winter Wondergrass festival. The location was perfect and with a bus stop right across the street. The condo was super clean, and we really appreciated the extra considerations like having a choice of pillow. The view from the living room window is also spectacular!

Don’t stay here
We cannot recommend staying here. First, we had a really awful experience interacting with the owners before the trip. We were very concerned with the unprecedented avalanche warnings and snow danger scheduled for the week we were supposed to be there. We have been skiing at Alpine for over 40 years and the amount of snow and danger this season has been astounding. We expressed this concern before our trip and asked if it was possible to change dates. The appropriate response would have been to acknowledge the concern but say there are no cancellations or changes. Instead, we received incredibly unempathetic, condescending, and disrespectful emails from the owners. The focus was solely on the lost profits that they would face. We were shocked. We’ve never been treated this horribly. While we did change the dates, we had to give up three of the eight nights we had booked. Not worth it. Not only was that experience so awful but the place itself was not very clean. The bathroom had used soap and hair from prior guests, as well as mold and spider webs on the ceiling. The kitchen materials were also dusty and old and did not make you want to use them. We washed everything before use and still didn’t feel clean. The place also has infantile framed signs with rules hanging all over the condo. It was very unwelcoming. We cannot recommend.
