3BR/2BA Luxury Condo

Luxury three bedroom condo on Florida's Suncoast. The unit is completely upgraded with 100% tile installed everywhere, with a refinished bathtub/shower in the master bedroom and remodeled shower in the second bathroom. The gorgeous tile in the living room/dining room area are complemented with a new living room set. The Kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities were all replaced. Now you have a great view of the ocean from the Kitchen thru the balcony. The unit is located on the top floor of the building and has the largest floor plan in the building. The building has a heated pool, Jacuzzi, tennis courts, and deck and tables and lounge chairs. The bedrooms have one king, one queen and two twin beds and the mattresses were all just recently replaced. . The balcony comes with a round table and four chairs for your private view of the ocean . You are assigned one parking space under the building and close to the elevator for your convenience. The building is next to trolley stop .

Amenities:: Private balcony with patio furniture, overlooking pool, and Gulf of Mexico. Unit comes with washer/dryer,3 color T.V. dvd player (cable), internet access, Icemaker, dishwasher, disposal, wetbar, outside gas grill

great rental at a great price!

This unit has the biggest floor plan out of all the others in the Reef Club, so the living room has a lot of space. All of the rooms are spacious and there is a great view from the balcony. The pool deck at this place is very popular, and you are steps away from the beach!

Great beachfront condo!

We had a fabulous time staying at this condo! It is in such a great location! Everything was exactly as stated and we had no problems. The pool and hot tub were great and there were beach toys for the kids. It was a great vacation!

End of Summer Fling

The interior of the condo was fine. Love that it is tile and no carpet! Great master bedroom mattress!!! Slept like a baby! The sliding glass door needs to be stripped and the cleaning service could do a deep cleaning, i.e. under beds and in corners. Overall the unit itself was good. Now re: the community areas . . the floors in the hallways were gross. The elevators need to be cleaned desperately. Pool was closed for a day and a half of our stay because they were shocking it. One elevator was out intermittently due to a scheduled maintenance, that would have been nice to know prior to booking as we were on the 5th floor. Additionally, when parked in a non unit designated spot with the appropriate signage on our car we got a nasty gram on our windshield threatening to to tow us. When we called the mgmt office and told them we were following the written rules for parking that they had left for us, the manager stated that the rules had changed but they had been too busy too update them. Whatever! Just annoying!

The owner of the condo was very pleasant and accessible via phone and email when I had questions prior to arrival. I feel certain had he known of any of the above issues with the property and management , he would have forwarned us. Again condo good, great location...beach great!

Owner's Response: Dear Mary Francis, Thank you for the review. I just purchased and updated the master bedroom with a new king sized bedroom set and mattress. I also agree that my unit is spacious and clean. The beach is great and the location ideal. To address some of the issues you raised regarding the building. THE ELEVATORS ARE OLD AND ARE SCHEDULED TO BE REPLACED FALL OF 2016. The building provides one assigned parking space per unit owner. There are several additional guest parking spaces and additional parking available across the street. You cannot park in an empty assigned parking space or it will be towed. The pool does periodically need a complete reset/clean and the management company usually notifies the owners if it is a scheduled event. The Reef Club building is very popular and heavy Summer use does require the management company to do deep cleaning of the carpeted hallways which they customarily do on a consistent basis. Decent condo but a little dated

We enjoyed our stay at this condo at the Reef Club in Indian Rocks Beach. Here are the details:

Pros: on the beach with easy access, nice pool area, fairly well maintained property overall; unit had fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to make meals; very responsive owner who is ready to help if any problems arise

Cons: unit is slightly dated with older furniture and decor; property needs some upgrades like better working and better looking elevators; the layout of the building makes it a little noisy as the bedrooms border the outside hallways where you can hear people come and go

Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this condo. Just expect a basic, well functioning condo and not anything luxurious.

Owner's Response: Thank you for the response. I am constantly updating my unit and just recently installed a beautiful king sized master bedroom set and purchased a new set of pots and pans. The elevators have been replaced. All 22 miles of direct beach access property from Clearwater to ST. Pete is located on Gulf Blvd. For everyone's convenience there is a trolley stop next to the building and restaurants and convenience stores that are nearby. Regards, the owner, James M. Allen
