This home has been completed remodeled. New wide-plank wood flooring through out, new bathrooms with all new fixtures and finishes, new kitchen with professional appliances, huge marble island, dual sinks, three ovens, and large built-in refrigerator. New landscaping, patios, and remodeled pool. Built-in sonos sound system allows guests to play music from phone or ipads. This house will not disappoint.

Sometimes describing the characteristics of a home falls short of capturing the essence. The specifics of this property are simple: the home is 2,315 square feet on one level with a 12,000 sq. ft. private yard with pool steps away from some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. There are 4 Bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with one bedroom and bath separated from the others. The Living and Dining rooms have large sliding French-doors units and windows to connect one to the the large backyard with huge fifty year-old sycamore trees and a lush lawn. The entire property is fenced, including the front yard.

What is not easy to describe is the feeling that the property exudes. There is a wonderful quality of tranquility and peace - privacy and refuge. You feel as if you are in your own world. Rest from your cares in the backyard on comfortable club chairs, or sit by the fire in the living room, or simply relax in your own private pool (9' x 16').

All of the furnishings in the home are new. All of the beds and high-thread count linens are new. There are new smart LCD TV's in the Living room (47') and Master Bedroom (42'); each have apps to view Netflix streaming movies and listen to Pandora music. The home is casually furnished with taste and comfort in mind.

This beautiful home is a very short 5 minute walk to Zuma Beach. There are also two private tennis courts that are dedicated to the the residences. 2 minutes from the home are small shops, a wonderful market, a few restaurants, and even a Starbucks --

This home was conceived as a high-end, gracious rental. You will fall in love and never want to leave.

Why Robert Mahterian chose Malibu

Out of all the areas along the 27 miles of shoreline in Malibu, we felt like this location offered the most privacy, sense of community, and best beaches. There is also something so wonderful about living in a beach community with such spectacular foliage. All the homes are surrounded by enormous trees and mature landscaping.

What makes this house unique

Most guest say the heated pool is really a nice touch. Proximity to Zuma and Broach Beach is very convenient; the community also has private tennis that are available to guests. The Trancas Market Shopping Center around the corner provides Starbucks, restaurants, and wonderful grocery store.

Charming home in beautiful, quiet neighborhood just off of PCH

Absolutely beautiful home that looks like it belongs in a Restoration Hardware catalog. Rented the house to be home base for family and friends during my daughter's college graduation weekend. It was conveniently located just off of Pacific Coast Highway, but in a secluded, quiet neighborhood walking distance to Vintage grocery store, Starbucks and the beach. Couldn't have been more perfect for family time together in the AMAZING kitchen and spacious indoor/outdoor living areas and yet plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for personal space, too. Loved this place so much and want to come back for a girls' weekend!! Thanks, Robert, for a really memorable stay.

California Dreamin'

This is the perfect house for a family gathering with great inside and outside space. We loved the pool with jets, enjoyed the fire pit seating areas and enjoyed cooking in the well designed kitchen. Everything was spotless when we arrived and Robert welcomed us with a thorough explanation and tips for best beach access. Starbucks, the local market, and a good all day restaurant really are only a 5 min walk away. We feel very lucky to have found this house and had a wonderful time with our family who came in from San Francisco and LA for a long weekend. Top marks all around!

Absolutely gorgeous!

This is a fantastic home! We just shared this home with another family and had a great time. Our kids LOVED the ping pong table, the backyard and the pool. The children ranged from 5-9. Don't be nervous about the square footage if you are sharing the home. It's open and airy and we never felt crowded or on top of each other. There is only one master bedroom but we solved that by giving the other family the other two bathrooms. This seemed to even everything out and we were all happy.

There are two outdoor gas fire pits which we used often because it was rather foggy and cool. There is also a fireplace inside which we used daily.

I can't say enough positive things about this home. Very clean, comfy beds and sheets, plush towels, stocked kitchen. They even left new bars of soap, shampoo and conditioner, trash bags, detergent, dishwasher pellets. As you can tell, I'm in love with this house. Don't even get me started on the gorgeous sycamore trees and rose bushes!! A big thank you to Robert for allowing us to use your home. We will definitely be back!!

Perfection!

This home was absolutely perfect! The photos online do not do it justice. It's clean, cozy and has a great energy! Beautiful kitchen for eating in. It's a short walk to the beach, Vintage Grocers and Starbucks. A perfect home to catch up with friends. We loved it and will rent this beautiful home again!

Beautiful home in a quiet location close to beach & amenities

This property is stunning! The open plan layout and furnishings create a very relaxing atmosphere. The sound system & netflixs were a hit with our 19 and 21 year olds and we now know the words (or in most cases the one repeated line) in most current songs! The property was spotlessly clean and towels, soap, shampoo, hairdryer etc were all provided.The kitchen has every pot, pan , gadget (microwave, coffee maker, etc) that a cook could possibly want and the BBQ (our son did all the cooking on it!!) is amazing. We hadn't intended to eat in much but the country market is just a 2 minute walk away and has wonderful meat, fruit & veg plus we felt so at home in Robert's house that we ate in most nights.

The pool/jacuzzi and outdoor space is just beautiful and we spent most days around the pool chatting or at the private beach.

Robert was extremely helpful even before we left the UK - giving us advice about where to stay for our first week in central Los Angeles. He met us at the house (and was absolutely charming even though we were almost an hour late due to traffic!) and explained how everything worked. We had no problems during our stay but I am certain that any issues would have been dealt with promptly and efficiently by Robert should there have been any.

We had the most wonderful week at this house - our 21 year daughter said that it was the best holiday she had ever had - and we would love to return at some point in the future. Thank you again, Robert, for making our stay so perfect.

Perfect Getaway

This property was the perfect getaway that was complimented by a very well designed and functional layout. Great location with easy access to both village market and zuma beach.
