All Seasons is the most convenient location in Park City, and this condo is the builder's unit on the top floor with a sweeping balcony that overlooks the Park City golf course (cross country ski trail in winter), and the ski slopes at Park City Ski Resort. The views are fabulous through windows extending the length of the unit. It is right on the public golf course and with a southern exposure, a perfect place to enjoy summer.
Walk out the front door and ride the free Park City bus service from the covered bus stop beside the condominium driveway. Park City Ski slopes are just two blocks up the hill, with easy short ride connections to Deer Valley and the Canyons. At the end of a great ski day, relax in our heated pool with Jacuzzi jets.
Across the street is Cole Sports and Jans, within easy walking distance is the main grocery store, drug store, several restaurants and Starbucks.
This condo has a fully appointed kitchen, a washer and dryer, and a large dining room area to accommodate up to eight persons. Gather in the family room in front of the fire place and tell stories of the day, or watch a movie on the large flat screen TV.
The master suite is furnished with a king bed and a jetted tub in the bathroom. There is a queen bed in one bedroom and a queen with twin bunk bed in the third. Each room has it’s own full bath. All rooms have TVs.
If you have a car, which is really not necessary, All Seasons has a heated garage with an elevator to all floors.

Perfect Condo
Pictures don’t do it justice. It’s a perfect location, can walk to lifts or take shuttle bus. Some folks figured out how to ski in. We had tons of powder then this spacious 3 rd floor condo to relax around the fireplace. Kitchen was fully outfitted and we picked up groceries and cooked most nights. Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and comfortable. Overall beautiful condo and perfect.

Ideal location for Sundance/Slamdance
We hae a wonderful weeklong stay at this condo. It was very clean and well-kept. We were all impressed with the amenities, including a very well-stocked kitchen, gas fireplace, and even an outdoor hot tub! My colleagues and I were in Park City for Sundance and Slamdance, and we could not have asked for a more perfect location. There's a shuttle stop literally in front of the condo complex. And it's a short walk to several key venues for both Sundance and Slamdance events and screenings. Fresh Market is a short walk away, and there's a FedEx very close by as well (very useful if you have things to ship back home after the festivals). We will definitely come back!

Gem in Park City
Beautiful property with excellent location close to slopes (we walked everyday). Property is also close to Historic Park City and is a pretty easy walk. Host was terrific.

Great Location
Property is nicely located near the lifts and with easy access to PC mountain and town busses. The unit was well equipped with anything needed. Nice touch that tissues had been provided in all the bathrooms. Underground garage and elevator made for easy unloading and loading. Everyone in our group enjoyed their time at the Condo. Will rent again next time.

Nothing compares to skiing in Utah with its 'Champagne Powder'. I lived in Breckenridge for a season and my visiting friends always got a touch of altitude sickness. I found Park City, at only 6800', and everyone was far more comfortable. I am an avid skier and use my condo as often as possible during ski season. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

Why they chose this property

It's the location! Do you want to be in a rental out by the freeway, which would be cheaper, and deal with the heavy traffic each day coming into town and it is heavy? Or would you rather walk to get groceries or go skiing and not even deal with a car? Or jump on a shuttle to go to the Canyons or Deer Valley? I looked at lots of real estate and this location has it all.

What makes this property unique

I love the jetted and heated pool in the winter after skiing. The nordic trail is in front of the condo. In the summer, there is outdoor grilling and lounging by the pool. Outdoor sports in the area of mountain biking, hiking, fly fishing as well as outdoor music are some of the summer activities to be enjoyed. I think having a condo that is all on one level is a benefit to all ages. The large deck is a fabulous extension of the indoor living, dining and kitchen areas connected by a wall of sliding glass doors. Our southern exposure is best when that hot western sun is getting low in the sky. It is very comfortable to be outside on the deck for cocktail time. These are a few of many benefits of our property.
