Newly remodeled key west style home with all the amenities one could want. 1 car garage, back deck nestled among beautiful land scape,newer furniture, bedding, sheets, towels, etc. All linens are supplied. Small dining table on back porch seating 4 with a ping pong table and lots of extra room for leisure and entertainment. Large dining table in open concept dining room over looking the living area. Fully equipped kitchen with pass thru to the back porch. Furnished washer and dryer. Out door grill, beach chairs, and beach towels , cable, large flat screen T.V. Wifi all new electric and plumbing. The home is nestle among beautiful landscape, lush trees, fenced back yard for your privacy. Gate in the back for a leisure walk to the beach or restaurants. We are directly across from the Halifax intracoastal water way and located on a designated scenic drive. Upscale beach parks are plentiful in our area and parking is free. We are a automobile restricted beach and 3.8 miles from the driving beaches. With restrictions will allow dogs!

We loved the serenity of the grounds. The property is surrounded by beautiful old oak trees and is across the street from the international intracoastal water way called the Halifax River. The street is called John Anderson Dr. and has been designated a scenic drive. Whats not to like! It's beautiful and nestled among high end homes.

Your home was great. No stone left unturned. You have done an wonderful job on your vacation home. Perfect location for our week in Fla. Great location with the "loop" at the end of the driveway. Loved being able to park the trailer in the drive and the motorcyle in the garage. Our dog fell in love many times at the dog park about a mile away. Your home is immaculate and fully stocked in every way. You have taken care of every need a traveler may need. Thanks again for allowing us to stay at your vacation home. We would like to stay there again next time we are in the area.
We had a wonderful time, everything was as promised. The house was very clean and neat with nice furnishings. We needed an extra bed for a few days which was promptly provided along with linens.. Groceries, beaches and parks, and fishing were close by. Would highly recommend this home to friends, hope to return.

My husband and I rented this beauty for three months. Our Labradors were included in our stay. The description on the website is spot on and more. A beautiful cozy beach cottage with every amenity covered. The house was clean, quiet and safe. The fenced in large back yard was heaven for our dogs. When the gas grill ran out of gas the owner had it filled within hours. This location is close to the river and/or the beach and many close restaurants and grocery stores. We highly recommend this property if you are looking for relaxation and a memorable time at the beach.
Loved the house, beautifully decorated and very clean. Listing description was accurate. Yard well-maintained. Robin, the owner was very available with regard to questions and information. Also had some coffee in the house for us to make upon arrival. Close to the beach and restaurants. Enjoyed walking the beach and checking out the restaurants. Would highly recommend to anyone.
We just loved our stay in your home. The house was well equipped, comfortable and in a great location. We enjoyed the fenced yard for our dog and the easy area to walk him around the neighborhood out the back gate. The grocery store is about a 3 minute drive as are the beaches. It was a very relaxing month in Ormond Beach. The YMCA was also easily accessible from the house. The owners were exceptionally prompt when we ran out of gas and needed another tank. We loved Ormond Beach and if we decide to rent on the east coast again next year we would be sure to stay in this house again.
We had great meals at Bonefish Grill and Alfies.
The only suggestion to make this house better would be a hand held shower attachment in the outdoor shower for washing the dog and a pooper scooper (we bought a spoon) for picking up in the yard. Oh, and maybe a hook or two on the bathroom door. Otherwise it was well appointed!
This home was in immaculate condition was furnished with everything you needed for a vacation away from home. Very safe and quiet location with access from garage to the house which was very nice. Within walking distance to the Atlantic Ocean. Close proximity to public beach front parks with restrooms, dog parks, tennis, pic-nick areas, gardens with gazebo/pavilions, fishing, boating ramps, and golfing, Daytona International Speedway, Daytona Beach Kennel Club, Main street Pier. We have it all in a tranquil setting with out the traffic. Our beaches are automobile restricted. 3. 8 miles down the road brings you to the driving beaches for your enjoyment. We are tucked just out of the way of the hussle and bussle yet close enough to enjoy all we have to offer as a city. Just north of the worlds most famous Daytona Beach. A little over an hour to Orlando, Disney, Universal and Sea world. 40 minutes to the historic town of St. Augustine and 1 1/2 hrs. to Jacksonville. Come stay in our oasis and enjoy the many amenities our little island offers.
