Bucolic classic Hamptons home South of Highway in the desirable Wainscott lanes. Stunning location, beautiful greenery. Walk/bike through nearby estates and farms to the best ocean beach, local farmstands and wonderful local seafood shop. Close to wineries, marinas and all that the Hamptons offer. Near Bridgehampton and East Hampton VIllages, Sag Harbor's historic whaling village and Georgica Pond.

The home is very nicely furnished with 4+ bedrooms including a lovely den/garden room and 2.5 baths. Bright open living/dining spaces, guest wing on opposite side of house from MBR suite, sitting areas, deck and hammock make this an enjoyable place to spend the summer or gorgeous fall. Located South of the Highway in the lanes of Wainscott and near the Villages of East Hampton, Bridgehampton and Sag Harbor. Stunning landscaped location with pond and greenery. In addition the location offers extremely close proximity to the ocean beaches; Georgica Pond; local farm stands, wineries and marinas; the Jitney as well as the Long Island Railroad; and all that the Hamptons has to offer. Only a short couple hours' drive to Manhattan or New England.
