Sun Sets Right in Front of Your 60 Foot Porch!

'Hidden Treasure' is the true meaning of a beach house located at the North end of Cape San Blas, right next to the entrance to the State Park. The beautiful driveway leads through the woods to the beach home. Hidden Treasure is nestled among the trees and sits on a gorgeous 15-20 foot dune. This property is located on a very secluded and peaceful area of the beach. Watch the dolphins play on 120 feet of Gulf frontage. The property is almost one acre and is surrounded by wildlife and undisturbed dunes.

Walk directly to the ocean on your own private boardwalk. No need to pack your lunch - the beach is only 25 feet from the house! The crystal blue water will make you feel as if you were on a Caribbean island. Enjoy the large empty beach with white powdered sand and lots of seashells to be found. One of the highlights of this home is its seclusion and privacy. This is truly paradise found and a dream come true!

WE JUST GOT A NEW FACELIFT! Remodeled living room, dining, and kitchen with new granite countertops, back splash, appliances, and top of the line furniture, to make your vacation one-of-a-kind The home has been freshly painted, surrounded with a white vinyl privacy fence and a new driveway with tropical colored pavers.

This home is a typical one level beach house. It's location high up on a dune allows breathtaking views of the ocean. Watch the amazing sun set while relaxing on the back porch!

The layout of the house is a simple split design with living room, dining room and kitchen being one spacious room, perfect for entertaining. We offer cable TV and wireless wifi. The updated kitchen is fully equipped and you can can watch the ocean while preparing dinner.

The master suite is located on one end of the living area, and two bedrooms with a Jack and Jill bath, are located on the other. The master suite and one guest bedroom have entrances to the 60 foot deck overlooking the beach! Our guests will have sweet dreams on the brand new king size memory foam with cool gel.

The porch is enclosed so you can open the doors and windows for a soft flowing breeze throughout the home during the off summer months.

There is a NEW bike and walking path that leads from the entrance of Cape San Blas all the way to the State Park (appx 7 miles). It is great for jogging, biking, exploring, and very safe for children and pets.

Enjoyed for the most part put it didn't live up to the reviews posted

1. During rain storms the rear gutter over the walkway leaked and you couldn’t get down the steps without getting totally drenched.

2. The cleaning crew needs to do a much better job cleaning under the furniture and removing some of the dog hair.

3. Out of 4 TVs only 2 worked

4. The Dryer needs to be replaced from looking at the rusted door and the fact it took 3 to 4 cycles to dry towels.

5. The road coming into the property needs paving or some gravel to cover up the mud

Beds were very good, location was good and the Beach was great. I would stay there again but would not pay the asking price

Owner's Response: Thank you for your information regarding some issues you had with the beach house. We are so sorry for any inconvenience you might have had during your stay. We wished that you would have contacted me at the time so we could have resolved any dissatisfactions. Since this review, we checked out the TVs. Three out of four TVs worked great and the master bedroom lost its channels during the storm. We have auto scanned the channels from the remote and it is fixed. Whalaa! The dryer is used every weekend to wash and dry all linens and towels. The professional cleaning company has had no problems with the dryer. Maybe, the lint catcher needed to be emptied or too many items put in at once. During your stay, the begining of the access road to the rental home was under construction. Within 2 weeks, the road has been repaired. In addition, the driveway which the home sits on has been upgraded recently with new pavers. We encourage all of our arriving guests to inspect the property within 24 hours and be totally satisfied with the cleaning or anything else. We provide the name and phone number of our professional cleaners who can come out immediately and take care of any unresolved matters, before your vacation even begins. We are here to make sure that all of our guests have the optimum experience at "Hidden Treasure." Please just give us a call or text to let us know how we may better serve you... Thank you, Leslie

Lovely Beach Home and Beaches

My husband and I and our small dog stayed at Hidden Treasure for a week. The home is very nice and it looks like the owner continually updates and upgrades it inside and out. It's nice to know your rental money goes back into the house to keep it nice. The master bedroom mattress was the best we have ever slept on. It was amazing. These beaches were nicer than any others we have walked on in the Florida panhandle, they were firm and flat. You are allowed to walk your dog on the beaches as long as you pick up after them. That was one really nice perk about the area. We had a lot of fun renting bikes a couple of times at Scallops and riding to St. Joe Peninsula State Park. We also ate at Killer Seafood in Mexico Beach three times. It is a local dive type restaurant, a great experience. The fried grouper and fish tacos were amazing. The screened in porch would be great in the summer months to be able to sit out and enjoy the ocean bug free, in the winter, we wished it wasn't there but that is only our personal taste. It was easy to communicate with the owner and everything about our trip went smoothly. Thank you for sharing your wonderful beach home with us.

I learn about new places to go and see all the time. The master bedroom mattress is the top of line Tempurpedic. We feel that a lot of time is spent in the bed and want our guests to wake up refreshed and relaxed to enjoy the outside activities such as horseback riding, sailing and snorkeling, bike riding, walking on the beautiful beach, or just picking up a fishing pole to see what's biting. Remember, "Paradise is Awaiting Here."

Great place to escape

We recently spent a week here with 4 adults and 2 kids... had a great time! The house is very well kept and has everything you need to call it home for the week. The location is perfect! Private beach access and quiet space all around. We'll definitely be back.

Owner's Response: Short, sweet, and right to the point. We believe that this location is magical! The ocean is aqua, sand is white and clean, beach home sits on a 20 foot dune with 120 feet of ocean frontage with no neighbors on either side. What more can a person want?

Another great stay at Hidden Treasure

Our time at Hidden Treasure was just want we needed. There is nothing better than the unobstructed view of the ocean and the soothing sound of the surf at night. Besides walks on the beach and fishing (had a great fish dinner one night!) my husband and I enjoyed taking a glass of wine and our chairs down to the beach in the evening to watch the gorgeous sunsets. Hidden Treasure is very private and beautifully appointed, and comes with everything you need. We only left once, and that was for dinner at our favorite spot, Indian Pass Raw Bar. We are a little concerned about the lots on either side of Hidden Treasure apparently being prepped for homes. Leslie told us that they are doing everything possible to protect the privacy of Hidden Treasure, as that is one of the huge appeals of this home. You really feel cut off from the world, which is what we wanted. We will definitely go back.

Owner's Response: Thank you for all your compliments! The sunsets are incredible because the sun goes down in slow motion directly behind Hidden Treasure. This beach house is very private and at this time there are no new houses being built. We are just improving the property by installing a privacy fence with pavers, private outdoor shower, and landscaping for tropical appeal. Come back soon to enjoy all the new upgrades...
