A perfect getaway

Our Stay at this lovely home was just perfect. It was immaculate and beautifully restored to old world charm. It was just a short walk to the town and we biked to the beach so we hardly used out car. We look forward to going back again next year.

Can't beat the location

We had a great stay with our 2 children in Southampton! The location is perfect; town is only a block away and the beach is a short bike ride or 15 min walk. The resident-only beach at the end of Little Plains Road is gorgeous and was never too crowded. The place is very spacious and neat, with plenty of room to spread out and a designated parking spot, lawn area and friendly residents. For being in such a central location it was so quiet at night which was a huge bonus!! We loved the new kitchen and comfortable beds! Some items are missing which I'm sure will be filled in in time. Just be sure to ask about specifics you may be looking for in regards to appliances, pots/pans, etc. Joe is very accommodating. We are definitely planning to come back next summer!

Old World Charm with all the modern conveniences!

The house and property were impeccable in appearance, cleanliness and accommodations. Beautiful hardwood floors, modern, well equipped kitchen, and flat screen TV's in the main living area and both bedrooms. The house is less than a block away from the quaint downtown of Southhampton. Cool little shops, high end shopping and nice restaurants without having to park your car. The beach was about six blocks away and reached by the provided bicycles in the garage on the property. We loved our stay in this beautiful little, upscale beach town. Would definitely return and hope to soon!

Clean, new, fresh and footsteps to town

I rented the place with a friend and would definitely return and recommend. Location couldn't be better, steps to Main Street and short 10 min bike ride to beach. House was super clean and well appointed throughout with plenty of space on two floors to spread out. Joe was highly attentive as a host throughout.
