We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is comfortable and conveniently located. Will definitely return for our next visit to NYC.
My Family and I were very excited to arrive in New York City on this day and excited to check in to the apt especially after a long drive from Florida. However to our disappointment when arriving to this apt we found the apartment in dirty shape, it was dusty and there was an musty smell when entering the apartment. as we look around we found hair in freezer and forks in the drawer that were dirty, as also there was crumbs on the carpet and floor. I was super upset and surprise after all the great reviews I had read so I phoned Jessica. it took about an hour for her to get to the apartment when she walked in she saw what I was talking about and apologized regarding what I had found. She explained to me that she had not been able to finish the cleaning as her vacuum had broke. I was really upset she asked me what did I want to do I said I'm just disgusted and would like to leave she offered for me to give her a couple of hours to clean it but I was so upset I just wanted to leave. I told Jessica that and she offered to give me my money back and that she was sorry. She ask me to give her time to clean it, but my family and I were so exhausted we called and booked a hotel because Jessica had said she would return my money back to us and that she was sorry for the inconvenience. Well it has been six months and we have not received our money back. And on top of that her husband took over the claim and has made up accusation stating that we threaten Jessica. At no point did this happen that not the kind of people we are. I just wanted to share this with everyone cause for us it was a bad experience we just wanted to find the place we rented the way anyone would CLEAN and it was not ready for us. Jessica promised me my refund. They have not done this and it is very disappointing to have this happen to anyone. They kept my money and I did not stay there. I understand the contract part, but to me that was broken when the apartment did not meet the criteria. No one would like to arrive to this type of circumstance after a long day with kids, to wait for you to clean the place. Thank you and hope we can resolve this soon.
I love this place! 2nd time staying here. Jessica is always helpful. Close to everything you would ever need in a safe area!
We had an amazing trip to NYC and it was great to have such a nice place to call home every night. Jessica was very helpful and accommodating to all our needs. We were pleasantly surprised how spacious the apartment was and everything we needed was so close. (shopping, restaurants and the subway) We were sad to have to leave but would totally stay in the apartment next trip.
The apartment was as listed and perfect for our family of 4. Jessica was ultra-responsive and made sure the apartment was ready for us. The location is perfect, less than a block from the subway and plenty of stores all around. Will be staying here again!
